I still have not recieved my fifty dollar deposit and your seven days are up.  It is bad enough this company is using a bait and switch which is illegal in the state of Wisconsin but the owners take deposits from customers they will not return and use the excuse the national company will make the payment and neither will return your money, just another example of the illegal policies used by them.  I want and deserve my deposit back.

Having said that, we understand there are times when that is not possible, and we are still willing to assist in any way we can to make the customer feel acknowledged and satisfied with their purchase.As is understood from the customer's perspective of the complaint, [redacted], ordered cabinets on September 27, 2016, and she states that she had damage/defects in manufacturing to four cabinets. Per our Terms and Conditions, which she went through to assist her with ordering the correct cabinets for her kitchen. Upon her contact with the store and Customer Care Department at the Corporate Office, she was informed that due to internal company wide logistical changes to better assist our customers, our main distribution center is in the midst of relocating from Redlands, California to Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. With all of the changes to ensure that we have accurate inventory as well as ensuring that we send the correct items undamaged and fully accounted for, there has been some impact in the delivery. We have provided every effort to minimize customer concerns, and have done all in our power to ensure that any lingering customer issues are deals with as timely as possible. Current scheduling shows that the merchandise will be delivered by the end of next week,What the customer is requesting from Cabinets To Go, is immediate results. While we strive to accommodate every customer request, especially within the instances of the inconvenience of our logistical issues, we are still working to ensure that we have the iters requested and are able to further send them to the customer as quickly as can be accomplished.We thoroughly appreciate the customer's patience and hope that we will be able to provide the merchandise that they purchased as quickly as possible. The business continues to be dishonest if they were provided with measurements from my contractor they should be able to a copy of the measurements that he provided and explain did they speak with him directly did they obtain the info from him by phone email or text? Where are these supposed measurements ?? The only thing the can provide are the layouts and NOT the information that they are claiming came from him
Their continual lies are a clear indicator of how they do business

Spoke to the business. They are willing to give the customer the same item at no charge, but it is back logged so it might take a few months to get in to their store or they are willing to give him at no charge the [redacted], which...

is a more expense piece, if he doesn’t want to wait. However, pleased note that the business does not want the old piece back in their store since it has been outside for so long.

I'm writing in regards to the complaint received from [redacted]. I must say I'm both disappointed and confused at this point. At every step in this sales process  Cabinets To Go has gone above and beyond in our attempt to satisfy...

[redacted]. Cabinets To Go provides ready to assemble cabinets as pointed out on both our website and our terms & conditions, which were both explained and initialed by [redacted]. The fact that she is stating that she was not aware that assembly is required is confusing. Despite this fact, Cabinets To Go offered assembly at no charge to [redacted]. This is not a service we are set up to offer as we are solely a retailer of cabinets. Regardless we gave her a date of assembly by April [redacted] 2016 and we completed the assembly by April *, 2016. She complains in her email we took too long to assemble the cabinets even though I reached out to her to let her know we had completed assembly on the cabinets but she stated she would only be able to pick up the cabinets on April **, 2016. 
Regarding the measurement of her kitchen, we did send out a service which provided a measurement of [redacted]'s kitchen. We later informed [redacted] that the measurements provided were wrong. Her husband informed me via phone that they had hired a licensed and insured contractor to re measure her kitchen and perform installation. The measurements provided by her contractor were used to design her kitchen and order her cabinets. While we can not confirm the measurements provided by our measurement service were incorrect we none the less refunded her the measurement fee of $85.00. Now we are being told, that the measurements are incorrect, which makes me question her contention that the measurement provided by our service was wrong. Any designed done and cabinets ordered were based upon the final measurement provided by her contractor and were agreed to and signed by [redacted].
 
Regarding [redacted] comment in regards to being charged for cabinets she didn't use, she is referring to a door which she was not charged for. [redacted] requested for a glass door, which a solid door comes included in the box at no additional cost.
 
Attached are signed Term & Conditions that [redacted] has signed and Initialed. Cabinets To Go prides ourselves in providing superior customer service, and I believe we have done no less in this case. If there are any questions I can be reached at

My husband and I were not told the cabinet was not available at the time of order, in fact we were told one was being shipped at the time of order, there was some hesitation by the owner and no gaurenttee the item would get to the owners shop but at no time was it expressed the item was not available any where.  There was actually a discussion about my husband and I going down to an Illinois Store to pick up the cabinet.  This response also does not address the issue of advertising merchandise that is not available and then attempting to sell more expensive merchandise at a lower percentage discount, although I did notice the web site has been updated.  Finally I HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED ANY MONEY TO DATE.

To design a kitchen it requires measurements to which our contractors went out to measurement her space, however the final measurements provided by her licensed and insured contractor were used to design and order her cabinets. [redacted] states in her most recent response that her refrigerator wall measurement needed to be verified. This is the same wall she is now referring to missing a 9x36 wall cabinet. 
Attached is the final layout we worked on together based off of the dimensions [redacted]'s contractor provided.
The 9x36 St. James Mahogany cabinet at retail cost would be $169.99, My resolution is for [redacted] to purchase a 9x36 wall cabinet and I will honor the same pricing she received initially of 35% off. At anytime she would like to move forward anyone of the representatives from Cabinets To Go in Freeport, NY. or our customer care department will be more than willing to further assist her to complete her kitchen remodel project.
Regarding the delivery, te general lead time is 3 weeks for when our regional hub receives the cabinets. At that point we call and set up a delivery date that works best for the customer. The delivery service is through a common carrier to which they follow their own policies and practices which is also stated in the Terms & Conditions that [redacted] sign and initialed. As mention from [redacted] she received a call a hour before he arrived with a window of when he was expected to arrive. If there is anything more you will need from me I can be reached.Qiana G[redacted]###-###-####

The company misrepresented the cost of installation. I relied upon the salesperson Derrick's statement that the cabinets would cost $50 - $80 to install. If I had known the cost would $114 per cabinet, $1600/14, I would never had made this purchase to begin with.

Review: I ordered cabinets from the [redacted] showroom on February *, 2014. It has been two months and I have received no communication as to the status of my order. I left a significant deposit and the [redacted] told me that my order would take 3-5 weeks. I called the office after 5 weeks and I was told that they were unsure as to the location or status of my merchandise. I decided to give the organization a few more weeks to locate my merchandise. I then decided to give the [redacted] a call, and she was also unsure as to when I would receive my cabinets. Today, two months later 4/*/14 I still have not received any information concerning the location of my cabinets. The [redacted] was disorganized, unapologetic, unprofessional, and offensive. I am requesting a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my $ 1800.00 deposit as soon as possible.

Review: I ordered kitchen cabinets from Cabinets To Go in [redacted]. They delivered the cabinets to my home using an independent trucker. The order was short cabinets and they included cabinets that I did not order.The driver told me he had to deliver what they gave him and cannot take back anything. I was told by the sales rep that any problem would be resolved in 2-3 days.It has been 5 weeks and the company does not return calls and I was told by the sales rep that I was already paid in full by the financing company. I called the financing company and explained to them the situation and they told me that I had to wait 60 days for a response. So because this order was paid before it was delivered I am now a prisoner of cabinets to go. I have no sink, dishwasher, countertops and a half finished kitchen. Had I reviewed this company first I would have known that they are notorious for having the worst customer care on the planet. Every complaint is the same, people waiting months to get their cabinets while cabinets to go does what they please.I informed the creditor that I have no intention of going through with the sale and that I shouldn't have to have my life disrupted because they paid cabinets to go before I received my cabinets. Don't even think of using this company. They will turn an enjoyable thing like a new kitchen into you WORST NIGHTMARE!!!Desired Settlement: TAKE EVERYTHING BACK!!!

Cabinet to Go was informed of the measurement situation on 11/**/14 by [redacted]. At the time of the initial call it was confirmed the kitchen layout was designed based on measurements which did NOT include a window and because of this were incorrect. Cabinets to Go quickly began rectifying the situation and worked on drafting a new layout and locating the needed cabinets to complete the design. Please note the Cabinets to Go Terms and Conditions page was signed by [redacted] on 8/**/14 which clearly states the following:"Measurements: The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of all measurements supplied to CTG. CTG accepts no responsibility or liability for measurement errors. The customer is responsible for the final design approval."However, Cabinets to Go staff worked vigorously on rectifying this situation and making sure [redacted] received ALL corrected items. On 12/*/14 Cabinets to Go [redacted] all needed cabinets to [redacted] at N/C. [redacted] tracking confirms a delivery date of Friday 12/*/14. The [redacted] #'s are as follows:[redacted]

Review: Purchased a vanity with sink last year in March. Due to circumstances didn't install until December 5. During installation noticed drain was not round. Continued to install in accordance with manufactures instructions. After installation experienced a significant leak between rubber gasket on drain assembly and sink. Tried to tighten to stop leak but couldn't get rubber gasket to seal to the sink. Purchased a second faucet and tried to install it but experienced same results. Contacted [redacted] and was told there was nothing they could do because it was off the floor and it had been so long since purchase. Mainly he said it was because of time frame, and they wouldn't be able to claim it. He did offer tips to correct problem such as silicone on top of drain between sink basin and drain flange. Unfortunately this didn't prevent the leak between rubber gasket and sink. I explained this problem which he said I was missing metal washer between drain nut and rubber gasket. This was the second faucet with drain assembly, different manufacturer, that I tried with same result. The only way to prevent leaking is to apply silicone between rubber gasket and sink. I've been informed by other professional plumbers that this should not be necessary and is not permanent. I have over tightened the gasket in an attempt to make a permanent seal between gasket and sink unsuccessfully. Again this is trying two different drain assemblies. A third party product shouldn't be necessary to create a seal on the underside of sink. At this point we are very disappointed in this company. This is a complete 180 from how we originally felt. Now I feel like we were duped into buying a faulty product. I understand there's been a long gap in time but the sink is still offered on line. It is unfortunate the 100% guarantee mentioned online has significant limitations or only applies to varying products or services.Desired Settlement: I would like to exchange the sink with the same type of sink provided the drain isn't misshaped as well. If this is a common problem with this sink then I want a completely different product or refund.
