find this to be true as well as being a leader in the industry. That is something that we earned through the years.  Most of the numbered complaints above have to do with communication.  I have found that communication or a lack there of is usually problematic with both parties.  For this I apologize again on our behalf.  As far as the floor surface crack this was a pre-existing issue. Our Technician (Travis H[redacted]) arrived at the customer's home with in a short period of time after her concerning call.  He inspected the crack and determined that it was already pre-existing and had previously been filled by someone.  He did address this issue and explained this to the home owner. Ms [redacted] was obviously pleased due to the fact that she paid in full for the job.  Please see the attached Agreement which was signed by Ms [redacted].  Line Item #1 specifically states that cracking can occur during the project.  Cable Lock is not responsible for such repairs.  Also we have been behind on getting paperwork out however we will expedite the warranty paperwork as soon as possible.  As far as the plumber, we have reached out to him so he may advise us of what happened.  We will be happy to follow up after our conversation.Cable Lock will not be issuing a credit or payment to Ms [redacted]. Review: Cable Lock just came and leveled my house as it was sinking up to 6 inches on one side of the structure. Fist, I did not receive a call to confirm the start date we requested. Second, I had to call numerous time to get the paper work sent to me. Third, The crew that came to perform the job could not speak English and did not explain ANYTHING to me prior to starting. Only because I did my own research, I knew what they were doing. If I asked the so called foreman a question, he could not respond or answer me as none of the workers that came spoke English. Fourth, the so called foreman slept every day on the job (which I took pictures of). Fifth, they made a 24 foot surface crack and buckled all my tile floors in my living room and part of my master bath. The foreman had no clue what to tell me when I questioned it and told me he had never seen that before. Only after I contacted Cable lock and yelled at them, someone who spoke English came out and told me it was my problem and "it happens" and did not try to help in any way which then I had to pay for a contractor to come out and seal the crack, rip up the remaining tile, purchase new tile, and get it all installed which was an extra $3500.00 out of pocket cost! Sixth, the so-called plumber from Broussard's Plumbing who came to inspect the gas and plumbing after the leveling job was complete, tried to tell us we needed a new water heater as one of our water heaters were leaking, only to find out, he unscrewed the valve. Then, the gas pipe was unscrewed and leaking gas which made a strong odor in my house. Seventh, when I contacted Cable Lock and the plumbing company, they seemed to not care. I would not let my worst enemy hire either one of these companies to do any work for them as the overall experience I had with them is horrible and not once did they try to fix it or act as if any of it was there fault. Also, I have still not received my receipt for the job or my warranty documents.Desired Settlement: I was just doing a review for Revdex.com's info and other consumers to hopefully not hire them and get treated the way we did but now that I had to pay so many out of pocket costs due to their poor customer service, I would like some of my extra charges reimbursed to me. If needed, I will take this to small claims court.
