To everyone who has been ripped off by CSN. time to band together and make a class action lawsuit against this obvious internet and tv scam! I am not the only one who has proof that they are selling coins with forged certificates!?

I have spent at least $10,000 that was never sent out. Told that's my problem, you call FED EX. This company is a scam. I have worked with company and bought $100,000 of dollars in gold and never made one complaint. This company please don't buy from. They say the only send certified. Not one thing did I get and now they cancel me. I would love to join your class action law suit.

Horribly faked certifications
Purchased a complete set of S. minted silver eagle coins set of 34 1986-2020 paid $79.90 for the first coin took weeks to arrive and when it came was obviously a faked certification said anacs ms69 S yet coin had no S. mint mark and the holographic certified label was clearly torn/broken!

Don't purchase
CSN is so far behind the 20th century order process.
1. No order confirmation
2. Horrible customer service
3. Poor product, scratch coin cases, finger prints on MS 70 coins.
4. Delayed delivering, but charged for the product.
5. Miss information, over bloated, over priced.
Overall, I would suggest to any potential buyer to look at your options, even if you pay more in the long run you will save yourself a lot of agervation.

100% correct and abusive Brenda and her staff are abusive. $10,000 worth of items and never recieved. Told to research myself.

Poor Customer Service
Placed an order 4AM local time, made a mistake on ship to vs billing addresses. Charged my card but didn't follow up, I called 11am the following Monday to follow up. Probably the rudest customer representative I've ever interacted with answered, treated me like a substandard being. Learned CSN policy, if you make a mistake on your first order, they'll only process to the correct billing address or a FedEx location for your first three orders, I live in a very rural area of Michigan, this policy doesn't work for me without committing hours of drive time, that and the customer service reps demeaner was enough for me to cancel the order and my account, which I can only cancel once the order is refunded. I'll write another review on how long that takes, TBC

Customer's order has been cancelled, and a full refund has been issued to the customer

Very Disappointing experienceOrdered 2, 2oz Liberty Silver Rounds on April 7, My Credit Card was charged $two days laterAfter days and not receiving any information on my order, I emailed CSN's Customer Service and they promptly emailed me back that new customer orders would take up to to weeks to be processedweeks later I still did not receive any word on the order and called their Customer Service by phoneTheir Representative told me that those Silver Rounds were back ordered and it was unknown when they would come inReally? Why sell items that are NOT in stock and bill my Credit Card Mike M [redacted] insists they do not do that....well guess whatThe Rephad no idea as to when they would be back in stock and offered a refundThough I would rather have had the Silver Rounds, I acceptedHe then told me it will take to business days for the refund to go throughWow! some Customer ServiceThey charged my card in days knowing they had no product but will take up to days to give it back; AmazingI had over $in my Shopping Cart waiting to send on the next orderNeedless to say, I emptied that cart and no longer wish to buyThe Rep used the excuse that they were a small companyAgain, Reall? Company abusive and a fraud

This is a negative review in regards to the Cable Shopping NetworkThis is the 2nd incident in which they have shipped my merchandise to the wrong destinationThey failed to make good on their promise to get a Christmas purchase to it's destination in time for ChristmasInstead the item was shipped direct to me via [redacted] and I received it two days after Christmas and had to ship it on to it's destinationBut they didn't know how that happenedNow I'm basically facing the same thing in reverse, the item was suppose to be shipped to me but it went to the Christmas destination insteadAgain they don't know how it happened nor can I figure it out because I'd received two other shipments since Christmas here at my addressAdditionally I have to agree with others in regards to them billing you before they even have the items to ship to you and it would be nice if they'd send you some kind of information when your item shipsI don't understand how the Revdex.com can show them as having an A+ overview with the complaints I see here already

Dear [redacted] Representative,Mr [redacted] called in yesterday to cancel his order and was told that his shipment was in "Picked" status which means that it was on a pallet, wrapped in plastic wrap being loaded on a [redacted] truck with thousands of other orders and we could not stop it at this time However I was able to call [redacted] this morning and have the shipment stopped and will be returned to us Once the package is returned we will refund Mr [redacted] the full amount minus shipping for his order The Case Number for [redacted] returning the package to us is # [redacted] .We try to accommodate all customers as best we can but sometimes we have to wait until the product has reached the next level of shipment before we can accommodate customer The Customer's tracking number for this order is [redacted] .Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.Sincerely, [redacted]

I had purchased a coin set of America the Beautiful Quarters on a continuing bases which each year I would receive a new set of quarters as they came outI was told at the time that I would receive each set from the previous year in February or march of each yearI have not received the set and I contacted customer service times already, the first time was in March, and I was told it would be about weeks, I again contacted them in May then I was told they don't know when I will receive my coinsWhich by the way I've already paid for these sets to continue to I Know that each years set of coins are available by October of the same year so there is no reason I should have to wait months for delivery

I ordered two items on January 15, and paid for them at the same time I haven't received my order I've emailed them and received no answer I called their customer care line and their is NO ANSWER even though it's in their open hours time These guys should be shutdown and closed

I've been doing business with csn for many years and not once have I had a bad or negative experienceI've had problem with other t.vsellers but csn neverI ordered plenty of coins and weighed and tested them all to see if what they proclaim to be true about them isand so far yes,they ship promptly and as for charging before shipping amazon,walmart and all others I've dealt with charge my card before shippingmy point is if you don't like shopping csn then don't its that simple as for me if I ever have an issue i'll call coustomer service and work it outI wont come here to complain

I ordered a Smokey Bear Coin Edition from CSN on May 13, Orde***
The Album Collection is for all the yearly Quarters Set from the Philadelpiia and Denver Mints, a total of ten quarters each year 2010-up to and including I paid an extra $to get these quarters every year to complete the coin album in I have contacted them by phone and also via email, as I have NOT yet received the quarters for Their response via email is as follows: Dear CSN Preferred Customer,

I purchased an Auto-Ship for S-Mint National Park Quarters (Crown Collections) In May Since May my credit card has been charged the monthly amount each month but I haven't received any coinsI've called CSN on several occasions to find out where my coins areThey either tell me they will find out and call me back, which they never do or they will ship out in the next couple of weeks, which they never doIt is now January and I'm still not receiving any coinsAlso my credit card is still being charged on a monthly basis

I placed orders and never received either of them They took my money on order

I purchased sets of coins from CSN which appeared on separate invoices as it was unique orders After receiving a phone call from a coin rep who was assigned to my account and after receiving a poor customer service experience, including her hanging up on me because I didn't make additional purchases, I cancelled all orders days later by calling customer sercice who provided confirmation #s for all orders The next day I received an email sayint that they were able to cancel the single order with set of coins and a portion of the second order but they shipped the second set of coins I received the partial order today and contacted the company immediately asking for a full refund including the Shipping of $ I was told that I can send back the coins that were delivered however the Shipping cannot be refunded On all confirmation emails it never states this but I was told it states this on the shipping invoice included, which it does but it's the first time I've seen

Purchased Item they claimed was in stock Charged my credit card instead of shipping promptly ( which I believe is against the lawI thought the credit card could not be charged till item was ready to ship.) after several emails I was told it was company practice that the charge you Prepay as it were and it could take to Weeks delivery Something I was not told at time of purchasedWell my card was charged and now I have 1month interest on my card So I call customer service and was informed it might take another to weeks so I will be going into my month of interest So my question is who paying for this interest ($at 16% for months maybe longer Who knows?)
