Matter Resolved

As of June 20, my mother, *** ***, and myself intended to do business with this location and finance a car through their dealershipWhen my mother inspected the car she noticed there were engine issues that needed to be taken care ofShe made the location manager aware of it and he promised my mother that he would have the car serviced for her and take care of whatever issues the vehicle hadWith that being said, he offered her a "Borrowed Vehicle Agreement" to set the vehicle aside for us until those service issues were taken care ofMy mother left a deposit of $1,that day and another $the following dayAfter that we continued to follow up with the manager of the location for the next couple of weeks and every time we called we began to receive the run aroundAnother employee would pick up the phone and tell us that the manager was out of the location at the moment and to try again laterWhenever he would answer all he would tell us was that he was in the pr

Review: I traded my van 2004 white Freestar for a Volkswagen 2002 that from the beginning been having so, many problems with. First, I drove the beetle and nothing seam to be wrong with the vehicle right after I signed the contract the Volkswagen (EPC) light came on and I called Cabo Motors right away that was on 8/28/13 that was the day after I drove the car to work. I didn't think of anything major since [redacted] assure me they will take care of the problem so, on 8/30/13 the car broke down on me it wouldn't go as much I push the gas the car would just make a loud noise but not go forward. I called Cabo Motors and I spoke with [redacted] who was the only one there I told him of the problem I have with the car. He called Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] told [redacted] to send a towing truck they towed the Volkswagen to their mechanic and left the car at Eddy Muffler and tires for a whole week. I picked up the car on 9/4/13 after that the lights continue on I called Cabo Motors I took the car back some how [redacted] turned the EPC and Engine lights are still on till this day. the car has not been fix as of now the car lights Engine and EPC still on I do have proof of all the times I have taking the car back to Cabo Motors and all the times I been promised by Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] that the car will be fix. 11/4/13 I took the day off because I took the beetle to the mechanic to have an oil pan put in the beetle. The EPC and Engine lights still on today 11/5/13 Mr. [redacted] does not want to fix this problem which is included in the warranty. At this point I 'am so stress up dealing with Cabo motors and wasting my time and first of all being patience with this type of people. the car lights Engine and EPC has been on since 8/30/13 through the whole months of September, October and now November with the promises by Mr. [redacted] and the warranty that anything pretending with the engine he was and will fix but he has not keep the warranty. I really need helpDesired Settlement: Mr. [redacted] wants me to pay him the sum of $1,654 for the repairs and the pay off of my white 2004 Freestar. I really don't have the money and the only thing I would settle for is to get my Van back and give him his Volkswagen back. Which from the first time the beetle broke down on me I requested that but Mr. [redacted] told me is not possible so, now it seams that I 'm stuck with a car that is not good and Mr. [redacted] doesn't want to collaborate.

Review: On 5/28/13 I purchased a 2005 F-150 from Cabo Motors owner [redacted] I gave Mr. [redacted] a $1800.00 down payment. I took the vehicle home and on the way home I got hit by a car. The person that hit me has State Farm insurance. State Farm came to my house to inspect the vehicle and gave me an appraisal for the damages and told me to take it to an auto body shop to fix it. I took it to get it fixed at [redacted] auto body. Mr. [redacted].

A few days later Mr. [redacted] calls me to ask me why the insurance check has not been sent to him. I called State Farm and they said they sent it to Mr. [redacted]. I let the insurance know that I am the owner of the vehicle and that the vehicle is in the shop waiting for payment. I can not take the vehicle out of the shop because I don't have money to take it out. Mr. [redacted] has committed fraud and needs to return the money to the auto body shop so they can release my truck. I also rented a vehicle because State Farm authorized it and now that check is being sent to Mr. [redacted]. Total loss is First check $1963.08 plus car rental fees approx. $800.00 plus second check of ?.Desired Settlement: Please give the car damages checks from State Farm to the auto body shop ([redacted]) so I can get my vehicle and return the car rental money so I can pay my credit card. Make me whole!!

Business

Response:

[redacted] was paid + Mr [redacted] is satisfied.

Case closed thank you.

Review: I purchased a car that had been in an accident and I wasn't informed and when I requested the car to be checked by dealer on engine and transmission two weeks after I signed the contract and after I gave the owner part of the down payment I was told if I wanted to check it I would have to pay it myself so I then told the owner I didn't want the car and the owner refused to accept the car back but less than a week later the car was picked up by the owner of the car lot, with a key and as I had agreed to pay 2000 dollars down and had already given him 1400 dollars he is refusing to give me the down payment back though he picked up the car on the third week of october of 2013 the purchase started on 10/01/13 and the first payment was not due until the middle of november so the owner is weird on everything he refuses to accept the car back, but instead picked it up at my house with a key and took it to his lot, then refuses to refund any money claiming it's expenses he went through when he knows he misrepresented the sale by not telling me the car has been in an accident, I understand driving the car 3 weeks might cause some money but I disagree for that amount to be 1400 dollars, he was very dishonest by not telling me about the accident and is abusing now up through today by not answering me on my inquire which I left him a note saying I don't want to hurt his business but see what I can have back from that 1400 dollars.
