Review: The month of August 2012, we noted a Revdex.com plaque on the office wall when scheduling/paying for [redacted] to visit [redacted] Way, Julian, CA 92036. During visit would survey, map and determine possibility to build.On 30Oct2012, [redacted] and [redacted] (we) signed a contract/paid 40% ($3514.00) with [redacted] and Associate Inc ([redacted], Architect) to design-draft plans-submit plans for permits on a single story earth sheltered home.We hired [redacted] (Superintendent, [redacted]) on 24Jan2013 for $500.00/month due to no progress was made on drafting of plans. On 3June2013, we met with [redacted] (HC). HC stated that the drafted plans were complete and ready for plan check. HC wanted us to hire [redacted] for him to use for plan and permit submission. On 01Aug2013, plans passed County of San Diego plan check. We paid the next 40% ($3514.00) on good faith.As of 10Feb2014, we have not received the drafted plans and it has been 17 months (Oct 2012-Feb 2014).The California Architect Board, www.cab.ca.gov, stated that [redacted] does not have a license. No paperwork noted()Dec 2013, [redacted] stated has not submitted because needs dimensions of Well and map of well in addition to two sheds()later Dec 2013, information given, stated did not need anything more, submitted for permits, [redacted] at this point ensured a deadline for 31Jan2014 was made and we receive the stamped plans as proof of submission()13-17 Jan 2014, [redacted] stated just submitted for permits that week, [redacted] reminded him of the deadline 31Jan2014, 22Jan14 is the plan to talk about progress()27-31 Jan 2014, [redacted] stated plans back and need revision, but that there was nothing to do on his part. California Trusframe told [redacted] (superintendent) that they will make the changes to the trusses, but [redacted] needed to do the rest of the changes needed (footings).
