Horrible company to deal with. Items are not as described, shipping costs are way too high, they charge you return & restocking fees, and customer service is very poor and unprofessional. I tried to return an item, was told only a guy named Dale D could authorize, spoke to him briefly and asked his name and title for future reference, he told his name, but refused to tell me his title. He was extremely rude and kept telling me to "get to the point" interrupting and speaking over me the entire conversation, then hung-up on me! Ended up disputing with my credit card company. Save yourself the hassle and DO NOT order anything from this company. They have a lot of negative reviews on-line. BAD Company!
