I placed an order for some tile on 2/22/I was told it would arrive in weeksThey charged my credit card before processing my order.I have made phone calls trying to find out the status of my order as my customer was ready to have it installed in their new homeI was told they would call me back by different people, then I was told I did not pay for my order so it was not ordered this was weeks after they placed the charges on my credit card.I called again this morning since they never called me back, was told my order was on hold because they could not find my order this is after almost weeksthen they tell me I will receive my order in more weeksI have been in business over years, I have never delt with a company this irresponsibleI will never order anything from them again or send my customers to their showroom.If I do not receive my order by 3/17/I want a full refund of my charges against my cardNEVER AGAIN

After making an online purchase, a "popup" window came up asking if I'd like to add a free bottle of Slimera. All I had to do was pay the shipping charges of $4.97. I agreed to a $4.97 one time purchase. After receiving my credit card bill, the following month, I see that I don't just have the one authorized charge, but have 4 additional charges. The charges are:
6/26 $4.97 (the bottle of Slimera that I authorized)
6/27 $1.97 (an additional fee to insure that the package arrives?)
7/10 $84.97
8/10 $89.97
8/11 $2.97
I called the company to ask about the charges. They agreed to refund the most recent charge - a bottle that I didn't even receive yet!!!!!! They kept saying that there was absolutely nothing that I could do about the other charges. Apparently, it is a subscription service and if you don't cancel within 14 days of the date of ORDER, you're charged the full price of $89.97. I was not agreeing to any of these charges when I authorized a $4.97 add on to my purchase. You could tell that they were used to just taking people's money by the way he kept saying, "There is absolutely nothing you can do about it." This is a total SCAM!!!! Buyer beware. Unfortunately, I can't remember which website I was purchasing from at the time.
