I worked with Matthew Shapourian who tried to rip me off. He verbally quoted me a rate, then when he gave me the paperwork it had a much higher interest rate. When I asked about it, he told me to just ignore the paperwork that it doesn't mean anything. I know that the paperwork is the only thing that does mean anything. Shady dealership.

The salesperson had no knowledge of the vehicle ever being in an accident prior to us purchasing the vehicle.. Mr. [redacted] account fell two payments delinquent $435.00. We tried to contact [redacted] by email, text and calling him. He never responded and his vehicle was submitted to an outside repossession company. [redacted] contacted our Office Manager and she advised him of his delinquent amount and repo fees he needed to pay to redeem his vehicle. He did not have all of the funds as a courtesy we agreed to move a payment to the back of his loan so he could afford to pick up his vehicle. Both the Service Manager and Office Manager have left several messages on the home and cell phone numbers they provided us with. Also please review the attached emails we sent them trying to resolve this issue. We have gone far and beyond trying to contact them with no callback or response to the emails. Again we cannot have any type of resolution if they will not respond to our calls and emails. Please consider closing this complaint satisfied. [redacted] today 05/08/2017 and explained we mailed her overage check from another dealership on 03/30/2017 for $515.28 to the address that was provided to us.  As of today 05/08/2017 the mail has not delivered Ms. [redacted] her check. As a courtesy we will put a stop payment on that check and reissue her another check within the next 24 hours. We apologized for any inconvenience that we might have caused [redacted].  We continually strive on providing the best customer service possible and will continue training our staff to improve on their customer service.  Thank You Ms. [redacted] for bringing this to our attention so we can continue to improve.

Her Home phone is disconnect and the phone number she provided goes straight to a voicemail box that is not set up.  I have left voice mail for her at work and also emailed her on three occasions (6/15/2017 @ 5:20pm & 6/19/2017 @ 5:48pm & 6/21/2017 2:36pm) . As of 06/21/2017 [redacted] has not reponded to phone calls or emails regarding her emissions issues. Although her vehicle is out of the 12 month or 12,000 mile power train warranty, we are willing to help her get her vehicle repaired in order to pass emissions if she responds to our multiple attempts to contact her. I will continue to reach out to [redacted] to help her resolve this issue. In the meantime we would like you to consider this matter closed at this time.  us why here...

We try to have the best customer service possible...

[redacted] brought the vehicle into our service department because of a brake issue on 03/21/2016. Our service department went over the vehicle and found nothing major wrong. He then proceeded to take the vehicle to Bill Luke Dodge to get a diagnostic test and they only found a dirty air filter and a leaking strut. As a courtesy we agreed to fix the strut and air filter but Mr. [redacted] declined the offer stating he was not comfortable in the vehicle.  To preserve goodwill with our customer we agreed to return the Jeep Compass and offered him another vehicle. Mr. [redacted] came into our dealership on 03/26/2016 and decided to trade for a 2012 Ford Fusion They thoroughly inspected the vehicle and found no issues before leaving the lot. All parties involved seem to be satisfied and [redacted] said he was contacting the Revdex.com to advise them his complaint has been resolved.   We would like to thank you for the opportunity to respond to [redacted] concerns. I purchased a Dodge Charger in Nov 2016 and although I had a few issues that needed addressing, Pete was extremely understanding and worked with me to resolve the issues I had and I am completely happy with the outcome!! Ive already recommended them to a good friend of mine!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

The reply from the dealership was not quite accurate, when I went in to purchase a vehicle I called first and the salesman before I got there already knew he was going to sell me this car, I didn't know about the warranty I was just told to sign these papers and those papers, I asked questions about the papers I was signing and the sales guy just blew me off stating "its paperwork the dealership needs", I also asked to see the vehicle and I was told " it's over there that I could see it after I got done with all the paperwork and my references had been called. I never got the opportunity to test drive the vehicle.  I still feel like I was taken advantage of. When I took the keys back and gave them to the sales guy, I explained multiple problems with the vehicle, the check engine light came on, the transmission jerked very hard when it shifted, the drivers side front tire shook and bounced. The car was horrible. As I tried giving [redacted] (the sales guy) the key he threatened to keep my down payment (which has now been refunded), he also threatened that it would be reported as a repossession on my credit not a voluntary repossession but an actual repo on my credit as well as reporting the vehicle abandoned and have a DMV applied fine of$500.00 and have my drivers license suspended. The sales guy was trying to intimidate me and force me to keep the vehicle. I told him I would do whatever necessary to report the dealership and its practices to whom ever I had to, and prove that they took advantage of me in my situation. He ([redacted] the sales guy) finally took the keys and again threatened the above, no down payment and repossession, and the report of me abandoning the vehicle and they would make sure that I got the fine and my drivers license was suspended. On the following Monday 4/28/14 I made several complaints in regards to the dealership and their threats to a handful of departments such as Revdex.com, AZ state Attorney General, Dealer Services, MVD as well as the abandoned vehicle unit. That evening I received 1 phone call, I can prove with my cell phone records that the dealership did not try to contact me several times, as they stated  they are not being very truthful in their response. I got the one phone call from a man named [redacted], he stated the car was ready for pick up and that the only thing replaced was a thermostat, I told him I did not want the car there was multiple problems with it, I explained I felt [redacted] had took advantage of me and my situation, he made the same threats that [redacted] did and said he would personally make sure that I did not get my down payment back, that it would be a repossession on my record which would prevent me from getting a vehicle anywhere else as well and he would make sure that the vehicle was reported as an abandoned vehicle and I would get a fine of $500.00 from the Department of Motor Vehicle and my drivers License would be suspended. I told him the vehicle was not abandoned they took possession of the vehicle and he could not do that as it would be a false report to the Abandoned Vehicle department. He ([redacted]) said that they could do it and make sure they did do it. As of today, I have received my down payment back minus the processing fee of $12.00, however I am rejecting this response, as they are only agreeing to not list as a voluntary repossession, I want to make sure I do not get any type of repossession on my record in regards to this matter. As well as I want to make sure that they are not going to register this vehicle in my name and report the vehicle as abandoned to the Abandoned vehicle unit that would cause my Drivers License to get suspended and a state fine imposed on me as both men threatened. The 2 men I spoke with were very adamant that they were gonna have this done. They are very threatening and both took it very personal to make sure that they seen to it that I get my License suspended and paid the fine. So until I get written proof that I will not get any type of repo on my credit from Cactus Jacks or

its subsidiaries , and that the vehicle is not reported abandoned I will not stop with my complaints and will continue to pursue my complaints to all necessary parties. Cactus Jack employees are very threatening and try their best to intimidate the ones that come to them with special credit needs.

I contacted [redacted] on 06/06/16 and apologized for any inconvenienced he experienced on 06/03/2016 when trying
to speak to our finance company.
 
I explained on Friday 06/03/16 several phone providers, nationwide were experiencing difficulties with their phone lines and calls were being dropped.  Mr. [redacted] is a valued customer of Cactus Jacks and we would never intentionally disconnect his call.
 
After contacting [redacted], the issue of him making his payment was resolved and all parties are satisfied. We would like to close this complaint.

This business is completely fraudulent, I took my cousin here to get her a car. I was told that since her license was suspended that they needed me to get the plates in my name for her. maybe 4 months later my cousin calls me because her plates got taken for being expired and when she tried to go down to mvd they told her she couldn't get plates because the car was actually in my name!! On top of that she took car back 3 times regarding check engine light coming on all 3 times they said it was fixed but it stopped on her and then they said the engine locked up!!! and now are trying to sue us because they sold her a lemon!!! isn't there a lemon law against this

According to our records Ms. [redacted] came into our location on 04/26/14 purChated a 2003 silver Saturn Ion. She signed all paperwork and took advantage of our 12 month 112000 mile w rranty by signing up on recurring payments. [redacted] then returned on 04/27/14 said didn't want the vehicle anymore and...

dropped of keys. She informed the salesman the check engine light came on. The car was taken to our servi¢e department and fixed on 04/28/2014. We tried several times to contact the customer to advise her veHicle was fixed and she could pick it up from service. I We received an email from her on 04/29/14 stating she would do anything shJ could to get the word out about our company taking advantage of people with poor credit. This is not a rue statement we go far and beyond to satisfy our customer with service issues. Ms. [redacted] would not answ r our phone calls so we could resolve her issue. 

As a courtesy we have deleted her recurring payments and refund her down payment. We also will not report as a voluntary repo to her credit. I
