Cactus Mailing Company Reviews (10)

Unfortunately we are not able to agree to [redacted] s request to pay for all costs associated with mailing to the additional addresses that he would like to mail toWe have offered to provide our services at no cost to him- that includes design file preparation and proofing, the mailing list purchase of the 10,additional addresses he would like to mail to, the addressing and barcoding of the 10,postcards, as well as processing of the mailing list and preparation of all required postal paperwork, as well as transporting the 10,postcards to the post office for inspection and then palletize and prepare, and ship the postcards to the local post office for delivery [redacted] would be required to pay for the printing of the postcards (which we subcontract to our print provider) as well as pay the postage due to the post officeWe believe this is a more than fair offer considering he approved the addresses we proposed (email attached as well as map of proposed mailing area that we sent to him for approval) and we have no record of and are confident that there was no communication regarding mailing to any addresses other than these

Contrary to [redacted] ’s complaint – we mailed the postcards to the correct addressesOn 6/9/prior to mailing [redacted] ’s postcards, we sent him an email of the proposed addresses that we were planning to mail toThe email also had a map attached showing the location of theses addresses [redacted] responded to our email giving his approval to mail to the addresses we proposedWe have no record of any communication from [redacted] regarding mailing his postcards to addresses other than those he approvedHowever even though we are positive that we mailed the postcards to the approved addresses – as a good faith gesture to [redacted] we are willing to perform another postcard mailing in which we would perform our services at no cost – he would only need to pay for the printing and postage costs

While it is true that I accepted the mailing as described in an email, that was for the first of three mailings with the subsequent mailings to other adjacent ZIP codes as we discussed in a previous email and on the phone I only realized that they had sent the three mailings to the same area after the fact because none of their followup proof of mailing documents had enough detail to show where they were sending them I never would have agreed to three mailings to the same area in the first place I have reviewed our correspondence I cannot find anywhere where they specified the mailing would all be to the same addresses so I assumed they were mailing them as we had discussed on the phone as well as the email described above. I will be satisfied when they deliver the post cards as described above or refund on two thirds of the money I paid them *** ** ***

Ms. [redacted] was sent marketing emails from us after requesting information regarding our products and services.  When she no longer wished to receive these emails she unsubscribed from our list. Unfortunately during a switch to a new email service the request was not transferred and this...

resulted in her receiving two to three additional emails from us before we became aware of the issue and permanently removed her from our list. We apologize for any inconvenience the couple of additional emails may have caused her.

5900 mailers sent, 1 phone call. $3300+ spent. Friendly people, horrible service and a complete waste of money. Jill and the company said they upheld their end of the deal legally. I was ready to swallow it, and dove in deeper to realize they are: Buying Fake Reviews. There is a video and page to showcase this: can Google:
