I am rejecting this response because:Please see the attached.  My security camera system recorded every time Cadina or his employee entered or were in the front of my house from the time they arrived until the time they left.  I can provide the entire video recordings for 4 different cameras if necessary.  You can see Jorge multiple times and his trailer sitting in front of my house.  The pictures of me standing with Jorge by the trailer show him with his black invoice book showing me the price and I then handed him cash. This should document that he did the job.If you want the video, I will need to put them on a DVD and send them to you, just provide the address and I will mail it today.

This is [redacted] I remember given this person a free estimate at no charge.But my company didn't do any work for him.If my company would of given service to this person he would of received an invoice.All my customer's received invoices at the end of completing the project.You can call networks I have spoken to them and I have explained the same.They removed his bad review because he had no such evidence & importantly no Invoice.I demand in the nicest way for you to close this case it has no validation. And if he can't prove an invoice he shouldn't waste your  time & mine as well. Best RegardsCadena's Home Remodeling
