Over all Thought it was a great siteUntil someone doesn't provide the a key They will hold your money for over a month I had to contact paypal to return my funds after almost months I attempted to use the account in hopes the error was a time thing But due to my dismay I was banned I was banned for fraud after almost months of back and forth emails between me and g2a.com support End story is if you buy anything from them they you may not get a key even if you pay for the protection they declared on the site called g2a shield If all fails, and you complain with no indication that it was going to get resolved in any sensible timely manner I was banned for the result Be warned

They will trick you into getting G2A shield when you buy a game from them, Then they will make it so you cannot cancel it until right before it renews, and then if you happen to be within the few hour window when you can cancel you have to jump through hoops to do it and then they send you an email with a long delay that you have to confirm it in and it expires in just a few hours so if you dont sit at the computer watching for it for 20 minutes then you will likley have to go to the extreamly long process all over again. Get your games elseware.

seller was out of keys but they still took my money they offered a refund that would take up to 30 days and a 3% off code for the next game I buy also note this is all from g2a customer service they would not offer me anything for my trouble but a 3% off code which is $1.80 off a $60 game g2a may seem like a good deal but u will end up burned in the end DO NOT SHOP AT G2A
