Review: My purse was stolen whiling having a lunch at their buffet restaurant due to their lack of security [redacted]Desired Settlement: I demand the payment for $3,300 ($300 cash + $2,900 worth of personal items)

Review: My husband and I are Total Reward members with [redacted] properties and have been for quite some time. Various times, we have attempted to book online, entering both of our membership numbers, to gain a cheaper room rate. Since we were unable to book for an entire week, securing a certain room type, we decided to book two reservations separately. Our first reservation attempt online, offered us a certain rate and allowed us to book the nights preferred. We booked a Preferred room from 9/8/14-9/13/14. We then attempted to book a room from 9/14/14-9/16/14. However, when attempting to book these dates, the website informed us that we were unable to do so, since we already have a reservation for these dates. But, we do not. We are checking out on the 13th and would be checking in again on the 14th. Since the website would not allow us to complete our reservations, we were directed to call the hotel's direct reservations phone number. Upon speaking with a customer service agent, we explained our dilemma. However, we were merely offered a higher rate for those nights. We explained that their website offered a less expensive rate and that we were unable to book because of an apparent glitch in their system. They then explained that quotes online were promos and that they would never be able to offer a same rate when calling the reservations number. However, we further explained that the issue was not our fault, but was one of Total Rewards and the online rate should be therefore, honored. They disagreed and merely reiterated the higher rate. So, it appears that the online offers are placed to attract the customer. However, the prices are not always attainable, directing one to call customer service, who then charges a higher rate. That is definitely false advertising. The Total Rewards Website really needs a fix to allow for proper booking procedures. Who knows how many others are being subjective to this case of false advertising.Desired Settlement: The offered online rate, when the website will not allow us to book, due to Total Reward's mistake.

Review: On 8/7 I reserved two adjoining rooms in the hotel. Upon check in, I was told that they could only give me smoking rooms b/c I needed double beds for my kids. We enter the room and turn on the lights and a mouse runs over my sons foot and under the dresser. We call the front desk and they move us down a floor, We enter that room and it smelt like marijuana, I couldn't let me kids in the room b/c it was so bad. I call down and they send housekeeping up to spray the room (It still smelt, but we dealt with it. It was 10:00 at night at this point and my kids were hungry). Also, these rooms were not adjoining as we had needed. So, we go and get ready and there was urine and hair on the toilet seat. We go down to dinner and on our way back to the rooms, we see another mouse run down the hallway.

The rooms were disgustingly dirty. There was dirt around the the legs of the dresser. The hallways were dirty, and smelt.

The next morning we order breakfast and my son ordered a bacon and cheese omlette. They sent him a western omlette. I called room service and asked them to take it off the bill. They sent up another one. So we called again and they acted like they didn't understand what we were talking about and were told that we would get a call back and never did.

Today is now Saturday and I opened one of the bags that we took with us and a mouse came out. Now I have a mouse running around my house!!!

When you pay $200 per night for a room, these are not the type of accommodations you are expecting. We normally stay at the Borgata but we wanted to try a different hotel. We were with 10 other people and spent an obscene amount of money at the casino, restaurants and shops.

If the mice are up in the rooms then they are definitely in the restaurants. We changed rooms and we still came home with one.Desired Settlement: I would like for the hotel to take the proper precautions to get rid of the mice. I would like for them to retrain their housekeeping on how to clean the rooms. Upgrade the filtration system in the rooms and the casino.

Review: Hello, on oct.25th 2013, I stayed over night at Caesars casino, they charged my card 100.00, then on November 9th 14 days later they completed the room charge for 91.26, to give me a 0 balance. They sent my 91.26 balance in the middle of those 14 days I guess to collections , allied collections never notified me of the charge, when I went to Mercedes Benz to turn in my lease and lease a new truck the end of January, I was told my credit score was 638, down from 711. I was 90 day delinquent on a Caesars account for 91.26, I contacted allied collections in Las Vegas who handles Caesars collections, they told me I had to pay the charge plus a 9.00 fee, to clear it off my credit, I told them my checking account showed I payed Caesars and they told me it doesn't matter that I had to pay them 100.26 to clear the claim, so I paid them, I filed a dispute with experian for a wrongful filling, I contacted Caesars and they found I was paid in full and that allied shouldn't have charged me or put the wrongful charge on my credit, Caesars sent me my receipt showing my payed in full the week I stayed, Caesars also contacted allied collections , the dispute was deleted from my credit and now I'm able to get my truck, however neither Caesars or allied collections wants to refund my 100.26 I paid wrongfully because there both putting the blame on each other, I call both companies and they just put the blame on each other, neither will refund me. A mixup from Caesars had ruined my credit and embarrassed me, I had to pay again 100.26 to clear it, that was a criminal charge. And they don't want to refund my 100.26, what can I do? Caesars says allied owes me the refund, allied says Caesars has to pay, this is criminal plus the defamation of character and stress I'm going through, thank youDesired Settlement: I want my refund, plus the time and stress of endless calls and letters to all parties for the wrongfully charging my credit report and making me pay again to clear it, the criminal act going on is unreal.
