I am rejecting this response because: I am sorry you feel that I became argumentative however never once did I treat the situation with a lack of respect. I had politely explained the situation to you and asked for your insurance information so that we could get a third part involved. It would seem to me that if you believed you did not cause any damage you would have no problem providing me with this information. The fact that you have resorted to personal attacks and are not willing to handle this situation in a professional manner says a lot about your business's credibility and ethics. It is clear that you are not willing to work with me or accept accountability for the damages you caused which is exactly why I have taken steps to getting higher involvement. I'm sure this will be resolved efficiently as I am able to provide ample proof of the damages. At this point I am going to wait for a representative from Revdex.com to intervene so that hopefully they can mediate a resolution for us instead of going to court.

Review: My car was towed and impounded by this company on May 30, 2016. My car was held for 30 days and was returned to me on June 30, 2016. The next day I inspected my car to ensure no damages were done to my car in the process of the towing or storage and I had found that both of the front wheels on my car had significant damage done to them that was not there prior to the towing. I took time stamped pictures of the damage that is dated July 1, 2016 as proof. The damage in on the inner part of the wheel that is more concave than both the lip of the wheel and the tire meaning the damage could not have been done by a curb or something of that type. The angle and pattern of the damage is also consistent with damage that would be caused by the tow truck using straps to be placed around the wheels to tow the car. When my car was taken for the impound a police officer went over the car with me to mark any damages that were on the car prior to the company taking possession and neither of us notated any damages to any of the wheels. The wheels in question were in good condition before the company had towed my car. I have tried contacting the company to which they would not provide me with any solution or the information to contact their insurance and they insist that I bring in the car for them to determine if they did the damage which they have already denied. When I had said that I am not happy with that solution they hung up on me so I called back and once again he said bring the car in and promptly hung up once again.Desired Settlement: The two wheels that were damaged are of significant value and they should be replaced due to the damage that was done to them.
