Review: In March of 2012, we hired [redacted]'s Landscaping to re-landscape our home. We were satisfied with the service at the time. However, in the spring of 2013, we noticed that 2 of the things Mr. [redacted] had planted, had died (one pine tree and one shrub.) We attempted several times to reach Mr. [redacted] by phone to see what he would do. After about the 4th call, he came and removed the pine tree. We haven't seen or heard from him since. We have left several voice messages requesting him to call us back to discuss getting us a replacement pine and shrub and he has not returned our call. We paid very good money for this service and are very dissappointed that Mr. [redacted] won't even return our call. We feel he should replace the tree and shrub that died, being that it was less than a year that he planted it.Desired Settlement: We would like the pine and shrub replaced. We will even do the installation if he provides us with tree/shrub. Thank you.

This is in response to the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]e. When the installation was completed, the customer was instructed to water the tree and shrubs every 3 days if no rain.
