This has been very easy process especially with what I’m dealing with. I Would recommend Cairns Law office it’s been a pleasure they do most of the work you just have to follow the steps that are asked of you and it’s as easy as 123 also the price is right .I had an a non Contested divorce so it was very easy process was simple and fast thanks to cairns law office

I paid Cairn in full for services that were canceled by THEM without notice and without my wishing to do so. They now refuse to return my money. They did not fulfill their obligation and simply quit without refunding my money.
I only handle uncontested divorces, and do not refund money once I start working on a case, as is clearly explained in the Client Services Agreement that the client agreed to, and as is explained throughout my website. I prepared the divorce complaint, filed and paid filing fees, and prepared documents and instructions. Then the client's spouse retained an attorney and was uncooperative with the divorce. As a result, I had to withdraw as legal counsel to avoid being the attorney of record in a contested divorce action. I told the client that I'd be happy to continue to represent him at no additional charge if the client's spouse and attorney become cooperative in an uncontested divorce action in the future. Unfortunately I had no other ethical choice since I am not a contested divorce lawyer. I fulfilled my end of the bargain, and stand ready to continue if possible.

Cairns INSTRUCTED me to cease communications with them and to begin communicating directly with my Ex's lawyer. They quit as my representation and FORCED me to communicate with another lawyer. They offered to provide a service, got paid to provide said service and then quit (on their own, without any input from me) without providing a refund for the service(s) the DID NOT PROVIDE. This sounds like theft of some flavor, for sure.
Please refund my money immediately.

Honestly, I was a little apprehensive at first but the reviews I read convinced me to go ahead with filing with Cairns.
That is why I must say, the process was exactly as advertised, even better! The divorce was finalized 4 weeks sooner than I even expected! If your looking for a simple, cost effective divorce, look no further, this is what it’s said to be, period!

This was the best decision I made. I was alone and honestly freaking out I attempted to file alone at the courthouse and it was a nightmare. Using this service literally made it so much easier. I started the process on July 7th and everything was done and completed by September 4th. I cant thank you enough, you made this horrible process an amazing experience. I hope I never need the service again but I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone in PA going through a divorce. I literally did nothing but answer a couple questions online and the rest was history. RUN from this firm. If you do not want an in-person lawyer then use *** or a similar service. I thought I was paying $29 for a consultation. Based on a calculator of sorts to see final costs of a divorce they charged me $349. It late at night on a Sunday. I immediately wrote to them, explained my confusion and told them I do not authorize the charges and told them clearly that they are to cease antbabd all work on my behalf which surely had not started since it was midnight and their office opened at 8 am.I also told them to call me with questions and gave them my number and gave an email address to write me on which is secure. Twelve hours later I got several forms from them send to an email address I told them not to email me at because I share the email with my husband. I wrote and said I told them not to proceed on my behalf with anything, that I wanted a refund and to not write to what email address. They wrote back - to the same email that I expressly told them was not secured - and told me that there are no refunds. I feel ripped off and violated. What kind of divorce lawyers will write to someone to an email address shared with a spouse after you ask them not too. Honestly, I don’t know that lawyers are involved with the cases at all because I can’t imagine a any reputable lawyer would behave this way. Please note that when the legal assistant - since the lawyer can’t be bothered - said “no refunds” she told I could apply the money to future services. This is offensive. How could I ever use a firm who keeps writing to me about a divorce an email account I told them is not secure and shared with my husband? I could never, ever recomend this company. Please note I am 50 years old and never wrote a negative review online about anyone or anything but I feel completely ripped off and this company betrayed my trust by continuing to email private infornation about a sensitive topic to a shared email address despite me telling them to please not direct email to that address multiple times.

I'm sorry that you are upset. When you completed The Divorce Wizard and accepted the Client Services Agreement, you agreed that there would be no refunds for any reason. It was very clearly spelled out more than once. Even so, I refunded $294 (all but $100) of your payment as a gesture of good faith, even though I had spent time starting your case and replying to all of your emails several times. I am as transparent as I can possibly be, as thousands of other reviews point out, and when I'm wrong I'm the first to acknowledge it since it's the right thing to do. With all due respect, however, I cannot be held responsible for your errors.
It looks like you made assumptions based on how *** operates, and perhaps that is why you thought you were paying for legal forms only. I do not know why you were confused since my website and The Divorce Wizard are simple and clear.
In fact, we had actually started your case by the time we read your emails since we are very quick to get started on all cases. Only after we've started all new cases do we read and respond to client emails. We clearly explained this to you. We responded to all of your emails within one business day. In fact, you stated that I responded in 12 hours, which I did, free of charge. I never charge for emails like other attorneys do. I'm happy to help my clients when I can.
I have several email addresses for you. I have no idea why you would provide a divorce lawyer with an email address that you would not want me to use or that you share with your soon-to-be ex-spouse. I do the best I can to keep them straight, and I believe I did so in your case. Frankly, your decision to use a joint email confuses me immensely.
As much as I try to see things from my client's perspective, I'm very sorry to say that I'm having a hard time seeing yours.
I do hope that you have retained an attorney who can meet your expectations since I am not able to do so.
