confusion or dissatisfaction with the
current promotion. Mrs. XXX is correct in that her first request was declined
because the submission was outside of the parameters described in the
promotional flyer. Due to the nature of our business it is extremely crucial
that certain restrictions are put in place to keep the student teacher ratios
in line. This helps keep the kids safe, and allows us to provide a quality
class. After informing our customer service department of her experience; the
customer service representative helped her find a new class for her to attend.
We have since then followed up with Mrs. XXX to discuss her
desired settlement and are happy to announce that since the initial incident
Mrs. XXX has been able to successfully register for the “Summer Special” and
has taken several extra classes.
We view all our customers as friends and family and we are
here to serve them. We encourage all customers to reach out to us if they need
any assistance on registering for the “Summer Special” or any of our programs.

Review: The kids gymnastics school offered its summer special for unlimited classes. The advertising language states "you can attend at your scheduled time, and/or any other time your level is offered...come as often as you like." However, when I tried to schedule a class following the complicated online instructions, I received a denial email. The class WAS available when I submitted my request online, but the denial said that I needed to schedule my request only 24 hours in advance. I got onto the company's website again to schedule that same class and now it IS within the 24 hour rule that they claimed, however the class is no longer available! According to this experience, I would NOT be able to schedule any additional class other than the once a week class that I signed up for. I am on their automatic billing system and my payment has been current and in good standing. This is false advertisement by the company. They claimed that members would be able to attend unlimited classes if we schedule in advance. My experience indicated that it is simply not true. I feel cheated on and lied to. I was very disappointed.Desired Settlement: I'd like for the company to honor their advertisement. When I schedule additional classes in advance, they need to honor that request. If the company is not at the capacity to honor its "unlimited classes" claim, it needs to stop advertising it. And if the company admits that it cannot fulfill the advertised claim, I need a refund of my July class tuition with no repercussions or future retaliation from the company.
