Cal's, Inc.

This place, by far, is the worst place I've ever dealt with. I had a vehicle towed by them and when I called to ask if they had it, I was told by the first "man" that they had crushed my car. While trying to figure out why they would have crushed it (everything was still legal and still in my name) I hear another "man" in the background yelling, whom takes the phone and says "are you rded?" I simply say "excuse me?" In response to the rudeness directed at me for no reason. He then goes on to say "how stupid are you" for wanting my vehicle back (it wouldn't start). He then tells me "well, fine. If you want to pick it up it's $400, come pick it up". To which I ask "I thought you said it was crushed?". He then proceeds to start cussing at me, so I hang up.
I was simply calling to find my vehicle and see how much it would be to get back. There was NO NEED for these "men" to talk to me in such a disrespectful way. And it's completely RIDICULOUS that in the state of Virginia tow company's can charge any amount of money for YOUR vehicle that they've only had for 1 day, plus whatever ungodly amount I will be charged daily for them having it. This is by far the worst interaction I've EVER had getting in touch with any type of company.
