You have to be kidding right I have had several recorded conversations with Mrs. [redacted] and also a letter from her regarding the refund for the patching that was not completed at no time during the phone conversations nor the letter was it stated that the liner pulled from the wall etc..  in...

fact that has nothing to do with the few small holes that were located in the 2 or more hours our techs were at the home performing the service a full refund was given for the service that was not performed and just so the Revdex.com is aware as Mr. Mrs. [redacted] were made aware we could not return to finish the service as there was a terrible fire at our business which destroyed our vehicles and supplies we did make them aware of the situation when it occurred and in fact the letter we received from Mrs. [redacted] also states they were sorry to hear about the fire and destruction and she was waiting for the refund for the service that was not completed I seriously cannot beleave the lack of concern and the un truths that are now coming out after over a year and a refund was given we held to our end and I would really like to know how many days hours etc.. Mr. [redacted] has worked for free for his employeer Thank You for your time in this matter
I have removed the [redacted]'s from our customer base and do not wish to ever have them as a customer in the future as it is our right as a business to not deal with customers who cannot be truthful and I really cannot beleave that the information that was sent after a refund was given was as un truthfull as it was I can send the letter and the recordings upon request as well as the caller ID from our phones again Thank You for your time in this matter.

Review: Two very nice gentleman (father and son) came out and installed a new pool cover that we bought from them on our pool this past fall as part of closing our pool for the season. The cover did not hold and is currently 3/4 in the pool leaving our pool exposed to the winter elements. As new homeowners I have no idea what impact if any this will have on our water or pool itself. I have left three messages beginning December 24, 2015 through yesterday on their voicemail all during what is supposedly their regular working hours according to the outgoing message on the company voicemail. I have not received a return call to address the issue. I don't know of anyone who has ever had a pool cover that was professional installed blow off with the exception of during a hurricane. We have had no huricane to date since the cover was put on and I don't believe I should need to pay for another service company to come out and correct the issue, I believe that Calabreeze Pools should stand behind their work and come out immediately to rectify the issue.Desired Settlement: At this point I would either someone to call immediately and remount pool cover, including replacing cover if it was damaged in process. However, if I do not here back before the weekend I will have to call another service in to assist us since our calls have not been returned. If the other service responds more promptly then I would like a refund from Calabreeze for the installation we paid for and for any damages incurred (if any) from poor initial mounting.

Review: We hired them September 16 2013 to do an electronic leak detection and patch of our pool liner. They spent several hours locating leaks that they said they found and would come back to patch them because it was getting late. They told us to pay in full which in hind site I should not have done,. but we paid them $375.00 on 9/16/13.

They never came back to patch the pool - every time we called they kept telling us they would be coming back but they never showed and we needed to close the pool for the winter which we waited until late October to do so because they kept telling us they were coming back.

Once we closed the pool we continued to call them asking for a refund - they told us several times that they would refund the full amount but we never received any payment.

We contacted them several times from October until the spring of 2014 and they kept telling us a check would be sent out.

When we opened the pool, the leak was so bad that the liner had pulled away from the walls and steps and was almost empty in the shallow end. The liner now has to be replaced due to the damage that we had.

We contacted them again after we opened for the summer of 2014 looking only to get back our full refund so we could put it towards the cost of a new liner. After several calls they finally told us a check would be mailed. We have a phone message from them that the check was mailed on 6/23/14. When we had not received the check - we called again on 7/1 and were told the check was mailed. On 7/3/14 we received a check for roughly half the amount we expected and the check was dated 6/30/14 for the amount of $195.50

When we called to ask why it was not the full $375 amount, they said because they did the electronic leak detection that they only offered us the credit for the patching they did not do.

I find it unethical to charge anything when we hired them to do a complete job which we paid for in full that they never completed and now we have a damaged liner.Desired Settlement: I would love for them to pay for the new liner, but would expect at the minimum to pay the remainder of our refund so we have the full $375.00 back instead of the $195.50 they paid us almost a year later.
