I applied for an apartment at [redacted] located in [redacted] on January 6, the company didn´t contact me until I actually called and asked. They asked me for a lot of things regarding my prove of income and I took everything they asked for. One day before moving in they denied the apartment saying I didnt meet the requirements. I understand if I didnt have enough prove of income but as a future resident I was not expecting the lack of professionalism I received.
This was a very unpleasant explerience and I really hope they can take this and learn something for future residents.
