[redacted]' card was never Charged twice, but due to a hiccup by our processor his card was Authorized twice. No money changes hands upon an Authorization. The card was only Charged once when his product shipped (as he was advised a number of times by CI staff). Since that time, we credited [redacted]' charge which he has already received. There is no further issue to discuss, and this should be closed.
