Caldwell Auto Sales

Review: I recently bought a car from Brian of Caldwell Auto Sales LLC in Chester Pa. He is a licensed dealer and therefore knows what can be sold to the public legally. At the time of purchase of my vehicle, Brian did not disclose any information to me about the apparent car accident the vehicle was is, and also the fact that the airbags were deployed. A licensed dealer in Pa sold me a vehicle without airbags. Selling a vehicle without airbags is a federal law. I am writing this complaint because I do not want someone else to be a victim of Caldwell Auto Sales LLC.Desired Settlement: Take back the vehicle for the amount paid for, plus registration tags title and taxes. $6,000 for the vehicle. And $600 for the tags, title, taxes and registration. Amounting in the total of $6,600.
