I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Sy told us the construction would be started in April. He said he was aware of the building codes in our area.  After numerous phone calls,  the architect came.  At that time their architect knew footing were required.  From the time they are poured there is a waiting period of at least 2-3 weeks.  Did they not know this?  Upon signing the contract,  we should have been advised.  As far as an awning,  I have no idea what they are talking about.  I don't feel that I have to settle for substandard work.  Why would I want to walk in a room and have one side significantly lower then the other? Not one inch.  As far as the new project manager,  Mark was the only person that I felt was trying to help us.  Since the company mentioned my husband's name,  my husband had cancer in April and then was diagnosed with lung cancer after.  I feel that this was really a low blow.

Review: Complaints: 1.Installation did not begin on the contracted date of June [redacted]. a. Installation was postponed several times between June [redacted] and the actual start date of July [redacted]. We were told that the job would be completed that day, even if they company had to pull workers off another job, so that we could have use of the room for the July [redacted] holiday. b.On July [redacted], a crew leader and three workers arrived at 9:00 am. A few hours later, the crew leader and one worker left our job to service another customer, leaving only two workers on the job. c.At 2:00 pm, the workers began to pack up, indicating their workday ended at 2:30 pm and that they would not be back until July [redacted]. At that point, the room had walls but no ceiling, and nothing was caulked or sealed. d.We called the office and spoke to [redacted], who we believe to be one of the owners. [redacted] authorized the workers to remain to complete the job. It took them an additional one and one-half hours to complete. 2.Roof leaks not corrected: a.The roof leaked in 7 placed during the first rain after installation. It took three weeks and three phone calls before someone came back to reseal the roof. b.The next time it rained, the roof still leaked in 4 places. It has been approximately one month and we have made three calls to the company without response. 3.Window not repaired: a.We damaged one of the vinyl window panels on July [redacted]. We were told to bring in the window for repair. When we did so, we were informed that they did not have the proper size vinyl to repair/replace the window and would have to order it. We are still waiting for the company to make arrangements to repair that window.Desired Settlement: We want the roof sealed so it does not leak and the we want the window repaired.

Review: I had a sunroom installed last year, I have have waited more then 2 months to have a leak fixed.I have spoken to many people, and was told [redacted] would call me back. He never does. When it rains. I have water leaking in my sunroomDesired Settlement: To fix the problem or refund my money

On May ** Calendar received a phone call from [redacted] stating he has a leak in his Sunroom that he would like repaired. [redacted] complained that he has been waiting to hear back from Calendar. After researching the service request and speaking with [redacted] a suitable date had not been set at that time. Once the [redacted] of the company became aware of the situation, [redacted] was contacted within 2 hrs of his phone call and a service date was scheduled for the following Tuesday May [redacted]. Calendar [redacted] contacted [redacted] the following day and was advised that next Tuesday was acceptable. [redacted] visited [redacted] home on the scheduled day and made repairs. [redacted] was not home at the time. follow up call was made following repairs being performed. [redacted] has not responded via telephone, Calendar considers matter resolved.
