We are starting to believe that this customer ordered the wrong bike because we have not changed anything on our site and instead of paying for shipping to receive the correct bike they are trying to play the victim and put the fault on us.Please go to Micargibicycles.com website who is our vendor and compare it with the bike that is on our siteIt is the same bikeWe now have our lawyers looking into this for scam and slander to our company. If you ordered the wrong bike please admit to it and send it back and we will send you the bike that you actually meant to order

Hello,I see on the sellers website effective today the ad has changed.  I am attaching a copy of the web archive page I saved showing the ad when the bike was purchased.  This change confirms to me the seller knows he is wrong or perhaps he has been contacted by the FTC because I also notified them.The attached pictures and ad show and describe the black bike, black rims, seat with springs in FRONT and REAR with GRAB BAR, SAME SIZE Tires and Rims FRONT and BACK, Flame Tread Tires, and Heavy Duty Silver and Black chain.  I am attaching pictures of the bike we received showing all the different seat, chain, different size Tires and Rims, Red Rims and plain standard chain.Since there was a lot of damage pics, I will send them in an email separately. I also have the emails I sent to the seller the day after receiving the bike notifying him of the incorrect item received and the damage.  Pictures I attach here were also included and I can forward those emails to you, as well.
