Review: I was contacted at home by a representative of your company to sign up for Direct TV. I was told that he could lower my Comcast bill and get me Direct TV and Comcast telephone and internet service for a new customer rate. I had to stut off my Comcast account and he would re-establish it at a lower monthly rate. I had Direct TV for 4 days, but I was without telephone, broadband internet and e mail for 7 days. Mr G[redacted] was unavailable and did not respond to repeated cannds and messages from me that 7 days. I went to Comcast and they let me reestablish my service at no additional cost. A couple days later I heard from Mr G[redacted], who told me I would have to pay the entire amount of $460 because I disconnected early. I only had TV service for four days, never got telephone or broadband through your company or Direct TV.Desired Settlement: I would like to be billed nothing and have them retrieve their equipment.

Review: The Sales Representative R[redacted] and his companions came to my house offering to lower cost for cable TV, home phone and internet currently being supplied by Time Warner. They represent themselves as working with Dish and Time Warner to lower your costs. Dish satellite was installed and hopefully the promised pricing is what I will actually be billed but they never came back to cancel and re-instate the remaining Time Warner services. R[redacted] did not reply to me email and his voicemail box is full so you an no longer leave any messages. I did speak to R[redacted] on Wednesday 6/17/15 which was the day they were supposed to come to take care of the Time Warner portion of the "deal". R[redacted] stated that due to the rain they would not be out that day. After that could not get in touch.Desired Settlement: At this point I have contacted another company to supply home phone and internet. The cost is higher than what was verbally quoted but I can live with that as long as there are no charges from Time Warner when I cancel all of their services. The main reason that I am entering this complaint is to warn other people of this scam. This group also offered the same deal to my Father so I would very much like for him to receive the deal that was offered.

Review: On 9/04/15 a sales rep came to our door selling service with Direct TV. He said he could save us some money and see to it that we wouldnt have to pay contract termination fees with Dish TV. The savings was almost $50 a month so we signed up with Direct TV. A few days later the sales rep came back and said he had fixed it so we wouldnt be responsible for the contract termination with Dish TV. All he had to do was to tell them that we had to move into an assisted living center. We didnt move so he lied to Dish TV. Then he said we would have to tell Dish TV that we indeed did move into assisted living. In other words, he lied in order to close the deal. And, he asked us to lie to cover his lies.We wouldnt do it, and we went back to Dish TV. Now because we signed a contract for the Direct TV service, were liable for over $460 for reneging on our contract with them. Their hands are tied because the deal was made through an independent contractor. Im not upset with Direct TV, although I know they could afford to cancel the contract. Im upset with the sales rep. The sales reps name is Ryan G[redacted]. His business card says he works for Cali Communications out of Santa Maria, California. They have two addresses; ####W. Main and #### N. Broadway. Both of Santa Maria, California. They list no phone #. I talked with the installation tech who put the dish up on our house and he said the Mr. G[redacted] actually works for Titan Satellite out of Arizona. Is there anything you can do to help us reconcile this situation? We just want to stay with our original television provider, Dish TV, and put this whole debacle behind us.Desired Settlement: We would like our contract closed with no charges or fees, because we were lied to and asked to lie to complete a deal.
