Caliber Realty is the management company for the rental location that I reside Caliber contacted me on 4/10/15, that payment for rent for the month of February was not paid I informed Caliber along with providing copies of the endorsed check, and copies of my personal bank statement showing that funds were deducted out of my account for February rent Caliber states that they never received payment of rent in the amount of $917.38, and that the funds came back as NSF Per my bank and proof on bank statements, Caliber submitted payment and was paid, and then submitted payment again which made the account go into NSF Caliber stated that I must pay them again because they can’t find a payment I have opened a fraud case with my bank, and Caliber is stating that as a formality they have to give me a day eviction notice They were paid for February, *** ** *** has also written several letters, along with personally calling Caliber in regards to payment Caliber is threating to evict me for payments of rent that they have received They are also stating that I have to pay late fees, and that I am in breach of contract and no further rent will be accepted from me This is a very clear indication the their accounting is not the best, any time it takes a company months to contact a person, for payment already received that they are stating they never received Makes me wonder whom at this company is misapplying payments, or stealing consumers money *** ***, *** ***, and *** ***, are employee’s of Caliber Realty, and are all very rude I would never recommend this company to anyone

We recently sold our house and the buyer's realtor was from Caliber Realty Group. When the offer was sent, we were given 4 hours to respond instead of the usual 24 hours. Everything in our dealings was "hurry up and respond to me now" rather than using ordinary contractual timelines. AS is to sometimes to be expected in real estate dealings, offers and counter offers were exchanged. We decided to let time run out on a counter offer from this real estate agency because it was so far below our asking price. A day later the realtor reached out to our realtor for new negotiations but only after insulting our realtor and us for being unreasonable and unable to do math calculations. We overlooked the insulting nature of the email and began new negotiations, finally agreeing on a price. There is more to be said on how this real estate deal ended up, seeming somewhat shady, but it was done. But afterwards, the realtor from Caliber Realty (Aimee O.), continued to HARASS our realtor over every little petty detail about the house, sending multiple emails and texts each day, with threats and demands. We did everything we could in accordance with the contractual agreement but nothing was good enough for this realtor. She was unbearable.
