Review: I was to receive a $348 reimbursement from Caliber for out of pocket expenses I incurred with my rental property (this money was to come out of rental deposit of $1000). A 'check in the mail' Aug 15-16- never happened..

I terminated Caliber because of several negative issues. [redacted], my property mgr in [redacted] has been avoiding me and this subject all together. I am advised by [redacted] of [redacted] office that I will not receive $348 reimbursement because AZ Cleaning Systems turns in an overpriced invoice for $700!!... Caliber believes I am responsible to pay? I agreed to $250 only cleaning job, I was never advised of additional charges..

[redacted] advised me to dispute charges with vendor, I told him it was Calibers problem, not mine. [redacted] from Caliber made the agreement with AZ Cleaning Systems- for $250.Desired Settlement: $348 reimbursement check I was promised by Caliber.

Review: I am a recently singled mother with two kids ages 7 and 16. In March 2015, I moved into a rental property owned by [redacted] and managed by their sister company Caliber Property Management. Within days of moving in, my father, a retired [redacted] Officer came to check the safety of the property. He found that several of the windows had non working locks and that the windows that did lock were so old and off track that they could be pushed in from the outside. He went out and purchased 20 claw locks as a temporary fix until I could get property management out to repair the windows. He had my 7 year old attempt to unlock the claw locks from the inside but my son was unable to get to the top lock causing my father major concern for his safety in an emergency situation. I relayed all of the concerns to caliber property mgmt and over the course of three months they had sent out 5 different people to look at the windows. All parties concluded that the windows should be replaced. I received an email from caliber today stating that the owner has decided not to repair or replace the windows. And if I was unhappy with the decision I was welcome to break my lease. I spent months saving enough money to move into my own home and do not have the means to just "move out". Furthermore, I am in awe that the solution for them is to tell a tenant to leave instead of rectifying the problem. I am a good tenant who pays rent on time and keeps the property extremely well maintained. I have all of my correspondence saved in email and also have contact information for all parties involved. This is a very large company who obviously believes in saving money by bullying people. All I want is for my children to be safe .Desired Settlement: I expect all monies spent moving into this property to be reimbursed. Including but not limited to, moving company expenses, security deposits, application fees, admin fees, custom blind fees, cost to purchase 20 claw locks, etc.
