We sent a crew out to fixed everything on the carport not sure why everything was not fixedWe did make a note and we will send a crew out to the customers location as soon as possible (weather permitting).I would also like to suggest the customer to contact the company that pour his concrete it might not be level and that is the reason there is light coming in the bottom of the roll up doors. Thanks

To whom it may concern: Customer *** *** is on schedule for a contractor to go back on December 2nd or 3rd of depending on the contractor and weather permitedAttached you will find a photo that the customer send us where he says it is not correctly install and he can see day
light coming in, but there is nothing that we can do to prevent the light coming in since his cement is not level In the picture that is attached it shows that his cement is not level that is why you can see light under the roll up doorThis job was completed on September attached you will find a copy of the order signed by the customer accepting the product as it was installWe had not been able to send a crew back to the area since work is slowing down because of the weather. carport orderThe business Oregon Out Builders is a vendor for California All Steel Carports, Inc., our vendors sell our products and collect 10% down payment which is a commission they make for selling our productsWe collect the balance due after installation is completedWhen we receive order forms from any of our vendors we look them over and verify that they are correctWe have told all our vendors that if any order is incorrect on pricing we will place he order on hold and will not be transferred to get on the install scheduleWe have our vendors call the customer so they don't think the company is trying to get more money out of them or "scam" as they call it. In this case the customer wanted a different type of structure but the price was not the correct oneWe notified the vendor (*** ***) and told him that he needed to contact the customer and revise the order and then send backHe said he would contact the customer and fix the problemWe after received more calls from Mr*** and we had not told him that his order was incorrect until he had called numerous times and we realized that the vendor had not contacted himHe got a bit upset and then said he would contact his dealerI believe that because it took so long for the dealer to let the customer know he got more upsetHe did ask for his money back and we did tell him we didn't have it because that's the money the vendor hasWe didn't collect any money or ever gave him a receipt for a paymentWe can't give him money back that we don't haveUnfortunately, this is an issue that we can't fix, he would have to fix all the issues with his vendor. This letter is in response to the second complaint *** *** *** ***s made with the Revdex.comThis complaint is regarding a processing fee that we, have on our cardsCustomer had stated that he would pay with a check after installationWe let him know that if he paid with a personal check after installation and the check was to be a returned item then he would have to charge him the bank fees and he was fine thatOur company does enforce a processing fee of (2.5%) for any credit cards, on any payment that needs to be madeWe have this stated on our website and is also disclosed to all customers before we process any paymentMr*** agreed to pay the (2.5%) when he called California ALL Steel Carports, Incto take care of his open balanceHe agreed and authorized the payment to be processed by California ALL Steel Carports, IncWe would have not processed the payment unless he approved itHis wife *** called two days later to ask about the balance due and we let her know that Mr*** and approved and paid the balance due with his credit cardOur Customer *** *** has not called to complain about the payment so therefore we believe that customer does not have any issueMost customers prefer to pay with a check, money order, or cash to avoid the processing fee, there were also options given to Mr*** so he wouldn't have to pay our processing fee. I am rejecting this response because: they are absolute lies! The installer said we could pay by checkWe questioned this as our contract very clearly states "NO PERSONAL CHECKS OR BUSINESS CHECKS" A returned check charge was never mentionedInstaller then called his boss and credit card information was given to himThere was NEVER any mention of a feeThe fee was not mentioned on the contract that we have with this business and a fee was not taken when we made the initial depositNeither Mror Mrs*** agreed to the fee because neither one of us knew about itThis business wants to blame the incorrect information on the contract on the dealer, and not take responsibilityWe are extremely disappointed in this responseIf this business refuses to refund the processing fee, we will dispute the charge with our credit card company and send a check for the original amount agreed uponAgain, nothing but lies in the business responsewe will certainly never do business with them again, nor will we ever refer business to them!

This letter is in response to the complaint of *** ***When we first received the order it had no phone number so we contacted his dealer *** *** and told him about the issueHe called the couple weeks or even months later to give us Mr***'s phone numberWe then did try to
schedule that for install but the first time he wasn't availableWe called another time to give him a new date but he was not happy with the date we were trying to give himHe threatened to kill our employee if carport wasn't installed as soon as possibleHe then sent another threat to our email saying he would send "MS 13"which appears to be a Salvadorian gaga.( please see email attached)We ignored all the threats and told him we would try for a different install dateWe are a licensed to service the state of Oregon and can provide that information if neededWe did install his carport on Monday September 25th, Everything seems to have been good because we haven't heard from him or his dealerWe believe we have done everything on our side to keep this customer happy even with the threats we received from him. 27th from our vendor North West Custom Structures. (Please see order attached..) This order was sent to us so we can manufacture and install the carport. Our vendors give orders to many manufactures not just us, they reached out to us to see if we would take this job from a different manufacture and complete the carport because the other manufactures were taking too long to install the carport for Mr. [redacted]. We decided that we could take it and that we could do the install. We confirmed and installed exactly what was on his order. We installed a 20'w by 241 and 12'h, 12 gauge, non-certified, vertical roof style, and 4 mobile home anchors (not able to be installed, due to rocky foundation). [redacted] never mentioned that his carport needed to hold up (105mph wind/220lb snow load) as he states, Our carports are certified to a minimum of what the certain state requires, it can change depending on customer's address. Any time a building is being certified we have to order engineering plans at an additional cost, those plans show the additional material that must be added in order to meet the certification requirements. Pictures were sent to dealer and not us directly. (like our contract states) The dealer forward them after we requested them. Regarding the customer's complaint on the crew not being there on time, we actually never provide an exact time of when crew will show up to the location. We do rely on sub-contractors and there are many factors, (weather, traffic, delayed job sites, and sometimes injuries) that can affect the arrival time frame. We can provide a certain window frame time but not specific. The crew was not able to install the 4 mobile home anchors that the customer had ordered because of the rocky foundation. The crew recommend extra supports due to the height of the building (as stated on our contract). Units 10'-12' need extra supports, and we are not responsible for instability if extra supports are not purchased. Our extra supports do have an additional cost of $400.00., if customer does it themselves it's $300.00. We offered to pay the crew's fee of going back ($100,00) and NW Customs Structures also would credit customer ($100.00) to help with the cost of the extra supports that the customer did not purchase. We let the customer know that if he wanted the extra supports we would have to make another trip (a couple weeks out) to install them. Since the warehouse provides the exact material ordered and confirmed for each customer on the run we couldn't do them the day they were there. We did receive an email on July the 25th that there had been an Issue with the installation. He also stated a different wind load requirement, (120mph wind) on that email. We did reply to tell him that we had a 30-day workmanship and that we would send a crew back to his location as soon as we could. [redacted] then stated he did not want another crew sent back out there he said he only wanted a refund. (We did refund $106.00 for the mobile home anchors that were not installed.) We cannot refund him anything else that was not installed. We believe we did comply with the installation of what was ordered. We tried to work things out to send a crew back out but [redacted] refused to that. I am rejecting this response because: The crew that came out here today (Night) Around 6:15pm and left around 6:45pm they ajust one door and told me to e-mail or call the company to let them know that they need to send another crew out here to work on it. You can't work on a garage a night with no lighting to see what you are doing. and no power in the garage. I need someone to come out here and fix this.[redacted]

To whom it may concern: I have attached a copy of the order from that I received from Wholesale Direct Carports where Mr. [redacted] placed his carport order. We see that this customer paid $850.75 for his plans and structural  calculations that he needed to get his permit. Our engineer draws...

those up and sends them over to the customer directly. The engineering plans need to get paid ahead of time so that the customer has time to go and get his permit. We let him know that the plans were non refundable and that he would be responsible for obtaining the plans. He had to do a revision to his plans, our engineer charges for any revision on the plans. He paid $194.75 for the revision on the footings of his concrete. On 1/30/18 we order plans for customer. customer received them 2/5/18 and never heard from customer until 3/22/18 he send an email to revise his foundation page, we informed him of the revision cost from the engineer. Customer agreed and paid fro revision that he received on 3/27/18. Ever since then he has not contacted us. We are waiting for him to get his permits before we can do his carport installation.
