We've paid 3850 for our children to do cheerleading, we've paid for competition fees, my husband was told if he hung plexi glass, did pavers outside, painted the gym and did the flooring plus other work they had him run errands and do all kinds of work around the gym all of which he was never paid for. A mom called my daughter fat [redacted] wouldn't do anything about it. She was so hurt (she's 11) she left cheer and we had our other two daughters who stayed. I have emails pleading with the owner to stop this mother from calling my daughter fat, I have emails to prove all the work they had him do all without being paid.

The decision to dismiss the [redacted] Family was based not easy. We adore the kids and enjoyed coaching them. However, it became impossible to conduct daily business because of the environment that they (Mr. and Mrs. *) were creating amongst the families inside our Program. The * Family...

(Parents) were warned twicw, once verbally and once vis email regarding their conduct. Unfortunately, confrontations continued and problems were created over and over again.  The family was dismissed with an outstanding balance of over $3000.00. Instead of pursuing it it small claims court, we chose to dismiss the balance to completely avoid ANY interaction with them. They have harassed us with multiple emails with threats and demands. They do not understand boundaries and are very confrontational people. We will compile a complete account of the situation for your review with witness statements, invoices, credits and documentation from other Gym Owners confirming that we have NEVER discussed their family or business with other business owners. Here is the most recent email from Mrs. *....From:[redacted] <[redacted].[redacted]>Date: February 19, 2015 at 9:46:06 AM PSTTo: CALI ALL STARS <[redacted].[redacted]>Subject:[redacted]Reply-To: [redacted] <[redacted].[redacted]>I am going to do a good faith effort in making a step in the positive direction and dismiss my [redacted] complaint. All I am asking is if you can please ask [redacted] to not call other gyms and to please consider us the next or even the following season. As soon as I send you this email I am calling to dismiss my complaint. Contrary to belief I don't like drama and I don't want any more suffering on my children.I didn't handle my children being thrown out well and I apologize for that but my children mean everything to me. [redacted] should've been with her team to get those jackets and she should be going to NCA with her teammates. I haven't done anything these other parents haven't done. That doesn't condone my behavior but it doesn't condone theirs either. This whole thing is unfair. May God Bless you and your beautiful new baby boy. [redacted]
