Bought my truck from them and had a limited warranty based on mileage. Used up all my mileage within first month driving it to their mechanic and the mechanic driving it around. Still had problems after. The truck was in a sense totaled. The cost of repairs to make it drive able were far greater than the cost of it. Ended up surrendering it to the loan company.

Review: I was sold this car being told that it had a "clean record." However, it was in an accident and has had numerous car issues and in the shop every other month. I was promised that the air would be repaired which was not, and it was sold under the stipulations that everything was running ok which was not. It has a faulty power box in which the mechanic says was from the accident as a wire was pinched and caused it to burn killing the power and battery. It stalled on the fwy on me as well due to a sensor issue in which I noticed after purchasing the car that it ran rough and felt as if it were going to stall. The timing belt gave out a few months after purchase as well, and the battery is constantly being drained by something. It was also not registered in a timeley manner, and I was told that the smog check should have been completed prior to selling it to me, as it was not and I had to go back several months later to get done. I had to pay for smog check, however was reimbursed for it. I am only looking for fairness here and would like to have my car replaced by a safer vehicle at this time. I am not looking to sue or make extra out of this. I only want a safe replacement.Desired Settlement: Replacement car that has been inspected and runs and performs safely without having to be in the shop every month for car issues. I would like information the cars past history to also be disclosed.
