I would like to start off by saying that I am always open to discussion and an agreed upon solution Our primary concern is offering the highest level of health care and nothing less Obviously this type of care was not the best fit for Mr *** and I respect that decision and wish him
the best I did explain to *** that it is not our policy to pay per visit and that he had a choice of how he would pay for his care We agreed to a one time payment that would be taken care of at his next visit As such we started care on that visit and the cost for the services performed on that day was $ That being said I could see how there was confusion on the part of Mr*** because I did not thoroughly explain the cost of those services before they were performed I take responsibility for this confusion and I will happily write of the cost of $and hope Mr *** finds what he is looking for That you for the opportunity to come to a resolution on this matter There will be no further contact moving forward and I will consider this matter resolved.Thank you

Thank you for bringing these concerns to my attention I understand frustration with the current situation I tell every patient that our services are designed to improve function and healing capacity of the body We do not claim to cure disease or treat any type of condition
All charges were discussed with the patient and he agreed to pay for services without complaint or concern Attached is an invoice of services completed We are not asking for anything that was not performed or was above agreed upon care recommendations I am happy to discuss a fair resolution and do not believe this is a valid complaint

I can appreciate your situation, thank you for bringing your thoughts to my attention.  I will go ahead and write off the remaining balance and ensure that you have no future charges. It was a pleasure working with you.

I am rejecting this response because:This guy is a real good salesman and good in to  sucking poor souls like me in. to paying extra money.  To me, there was no difference between the Wellness program and the regular program. I thought the wellness program was going to be something better, but it was not. The Wellness programed was not explained to me properly. In fact, it was not explained at all to me. so, I felt was paying more money than it was worth.

Review: I went for an initial visit that cost $150. Following x-rays, I was told by the receptionist I would have to make another appointment to see the results. I asked her how much a typical appointment would be going forward, and she told me the doctor would provide that information during my next appointment. I paid for the initial visit, but told her I would not make another appointment. However she assured me the next appointment was already included in the $150, so I agreed to return the next day. I already decided against this chiropractor for myself, but wanted to collect data since I was reviewing many local chiropractors and am often asked for references.The next day I was told my treatment would cost several thousand dollars over the next 6 months. I asked for a breakdown of what that covered and was told it would be provided later. I explained that I would only pay per visit.. I was then asked if I had to choose to pay the whole thing up front or make monthly payments, which would I choose. I felt like he was trying to sell me a time share. I said hypothetically I would probably pay a lump sum. So he took me to the receptionist and said I'd pay the lump sum, so she asked me how I'd be paying. I told her I hadn't agreed to a payment plan, and I also told her I didn't bring my wallet because she had told me today's appointment was free.She proceeded to show me around the office and had me try out some stretching machines. Then the doctor came in and quickly adjusted my back, then walked me to the front door to set up my next appointment. I provided feedback that some people might consider his payment policy deceptive, and I just wanted to know the breakdown of what was included. He said we can go over that at my next appointment.After leaving, I called the receptionist to inform her I would not return. After haggling attempts, she said I owed $60 for my 2nd appointment. I later received a bill for this amount.Desired Settlement: I explained multiple times that I do not make appointments without knowing the cost up front. I was told that my $150 payment covered the followup appointment, which was the primary reason I returned. I expect to have this charge removed and to have no further contact.
