rejecting this response because:  This resolves nothing! I still have no estimated time for my car to be finished! They have been paid...twice by my insurance company...Im reaching out for a resolution...NOT A PHONE CALL! Its time to deliver my car back to me! I want a date of finality...Ive lost enough money talking. All I get is lies from this company! I was told to bring the car in and it would be done in 2 weeks!...Then it was Nov 15th...Now after days and loss of income due to false accusations....still no car! NEED I GO FURTHER WITH THIS!

I am rejecting this response because: the work was never completed. after 4 1/2 months they stopped working on my car. they say I never signed the documents, however the documents were in fact signed when I dropped off the car. thats how they were authorized to get paid, which they were paid!  my car was never finished! it still has hail dents and has no primer! at this point my car has been destroyed! please help!

Review: Visiting Tahoe. Stopped at a lookout. The parking area was closed by snow (this was February). Many visitors were there, but had to park along the side of the road. The snow came down to the edge, forcing us to overlap the line by several inches. I was taking pictures for about 15 minutes. When I came back, my car was on the back of a California colors tow truck, assisted by a State sheriff. They would only take cash. It cost me $240 to get the car off the truck. If I had gone the 6 miles back to town to an ATM, the cost rose to $350. NO citation was issued, despite my request. This is obviously a scam and the policeman was involved. Two weeks ago I met a South Tahoe resident and recalled my story. Before I got to where I had stopped he blurted, "Emerald point? Everyone gets towed there, it's common knowledge".Desired Settlement: I want a criminal investigation of the officer and a refund from the tow company

Attached please find the Vehicle Report which is the CHP's order to tow. The tow order states "2 1/2 feet over white line into roadway". The CHP determined the hazard and called for the removal of the vehicle. We responded to the call and accepted the customer"s credit card for the minimum tow charge rate which has been approved by the State of California. When we ran his credit card later at the office, his credit card was DECLINED. Since this was a rental car, the rental car company paid the charge. Because of these facts, we will not issue a refund.
