4. I respond "Don't worry about money! Lets just try to fix this matter, for you to be able to be with your family", I never charge or have the intent to charge him, due to the fact that I am not an attorney.
5. In order to be able to understand better his case I set up an appoint to meet with an USCIS Agent, and let us understand his situation, but due to Mr. [redacted] not having a current ID by the time of the appoint, he wasn't able to get into the Homeland Security Building.
6. The Home Land Security agent told me that, he needs to file and some some forms with the fees of the same. These forms have the cost of 1500 US dollars. Mr. [redacted] give me the amount of 1300 US Dollars and he said to me that he was going give me the rest in 2 days.
7. Three days after he calls me and appear the same day arguing that his aunt was going to help him. He requested all his paper work even the forms already filed and receipts, I gave him everything he requested and said that was ok, but due to we were going to send everything it was going to take 4 weeks to get his money back during the period of time Mr. [redacted] Calls me, harassing and threatened me. I never refuse to give his money back.

Review: Mr. "[redacted]" presented himself as an attorney and told me that he would file a change of venue in my immigration case from Texas to SF, CA. I paid him $1,300 on 4/8/14 and he gave me a receipt indicating that it was for "Legal Fees (USCIS)" and that I still owed "pending $200". He wanted a total of $2,500. He wanted the final $1,000 because he said that he would be able to get me an Employment Authorization Document. He also wanted me to sign a document which appeared to be a Power of Attorney. At this point I became uncomfortable and lied to him and told him that my relative had already hired another attorney to help me. I asked for my $1,300 back and he told me that I would have to call him in 3 days because he needed to get the government to process a refund. I gave up around June 21st because he is impossible to locate and to contact.Desired Settlement: I want my $1,300 paid back to me because: (1) he is NOT an attorney and it was illegal for him to contract with me; (2) he did NOT perform any of the services he alleged he was going to perform; and (3) he did NOT give or forward my money to the government or any third party. This thief and liar has my money and I want it back.
