I am rejecting this response because:
This company is very unprofessional, Without any documentation, the company is paraphrasing my words into something I never said over the phoneIt was the first time I used “WAITR” and the first time I ate at California Cravings”. This company does not have respect for future and potiental customers.I never finished my food, and I did not enjoy it either, but that is besides the point.I asked for a refund, and they in no way tried to seek a solutionI hope this company realizes that this will happen again and they need to take a better approach with new customersKeep the refund, maybe you can use it for improvements.

The customer used WaitR a 3rd party delivery service to place an order with California Cravings.? Not long after the courier left we received a call from the customer, he spoke with my shift manager stating that "the food was OK but he was not satisfied and would like a full refund."?
Taken back by the request the manager passed the phone to my wife (co-owner), where he then restated the previous comment.? As all of our food is customizable to a customers own specification and he had done so, we would need him to return unfinished ports of said meal and he then said well "I at it all I just want my money back.'? When he was then denied the refund he began to say "I have never not been able to get a refund on food."This made it plain to see he does this to businesses and to further back this I would like to quote his own last sentence from his complaint to further discredit this individual's claim.? I would like to reiterate he used a third party service to have our food delivered to his location, so how would he be able to claim how long an order took to prepare.? Frivolous claims like these made by this individual waste valuable time needed by small business owners like us.? So we will not be issuing a refund, however as a lesson learned we will post taht no refunds will be given without probable cause and return of said item
