I am rejecting this response because: He is not in contact I
must drive by or call him to get any information about my carHe has had it for over days for a day quote fix timeHe was fully paid two days after I dropped off my car and didn't start on it until days laterEvery time I call he gives an excuse about his dad being sick or he coulnt work on the car because he has to help his aunt moveThis guys is suppose to be a business owner all he has done is make excuses and not work on my car He has changed the pick up date the last weeksThis is gross negligence and my car is still being held hostage by himAugust 2nd will be start of the 3rd month he has been working on the car which he quoted me days

He is a crook in my opinion. He robs Peter to pay Paul. He will take your money and not do any work

Review: I was in a accident on Mothers day of this year. Found this body shop to go to only because he ( [redacted] shop owner) was covering the deductible. I dropped my car of on 5/30/2014 the first insurance EST. was for 4000.00 then 2 days later there was a supplement for another 2200.00 [redacted] agreed with him the est repair time was 12 days. He received both payments from [redacted] on 6/04/2014 insurance paid for everything. On the on 6/10/2014 the car was suppose to be done when I stoped by the shop no work had been done to the car. After calling the shop several times [redacted] finally called be back and assured me that the car was being worked on and it would take a little longer I told him at that time that the rental car was due back. He told me not to worry that he would cover the rental cost. He also said the car would be ready by 06/17/2017. When I went by the shop on 06/17/2014 again nothing had been done to the car I spoke with [redacted] he said part are on order and will be in on 06/18/2014 and the car should be ready by the 06/20/14. When I drove by on 06/20/14 the car had not been moved no work done to it and when I asked [redacted] about the parts he said he had everything and they would start piecing the car back together. And again the finish date changed again to 06/24/2014. After thinking about it, the car still had to be painted so there is no way it would be done by 06/24/2014. So I went by the shop today 06/21/2014 to find [redacted] not there and no one working on my car. When I asked the repair tech where the parts are he stated they haven't been order. [redacted] has been fully paid for over 16 days and very little work has been done. I asked he to stop work on my car and payback the money to me for the repair and I will take it to a different shop he has decline to due so. So now I am at this point with no car and no money and I really need help getting both back.Desired Settlement: I would like my car returned to me and also the payment from the insurance company so I may take my car to a more reliable repair shop. Also he needs to cover the cost of my rental.

He was fully paid two days after I dropped off my car and didn't start on it until 30 days later. Every time I call he gives an excuse about his dad being sick or he coulnt work on the car because he has to help his aunt move. This guys is suppose to be a business owner all he has done is make excuses and not work on my car. He has changed the pick up date the last 6 weeks. This is gross negligence and my car is still being held hostage by him. August 2nd will be start of the 3rd month he has been working on the car which he quoted me 12 days.
