California Flight Academy

Review: there are two problems:

1 The quote that I was given for my lessons did not include a fixed .3 of an hour add on to flight instruction.

2. The ground school classes had several unprepared substitute teachers repeating materials. I objected to this and was given the opportunity to leave the class. 3 classes were missed. The school will not give me credit for my ground school in its entirety or refund the money. I wrote to the head of school explaining my concerns. I received no feedback concerning their redress. I have been asked to leave the school without being given the opportunity to finish the course I paid for.

3. I am being asked to leave accommodation I have paid in advance for. They have told me they will refund pro-rata.Desired Settlement: I would like the .3 of an hour refunded for the 20 hours taken.

I would like either a full ground school endorsement or my money returned.
