catalog which was on promotion sale price of $299.00. The purchase was made and special ordered to what they had chosen. The SKU # was also written on the original invoice which they had a copy. When we delivered on 3/16/16 she said it wasn't the sofa they they ordered so I asked Mr. [redacted] if this is not what he want for any reason, I'll take back and I don't have to set it up then Mr. [redacted] said, "NO I ORDERED THIS. THIS IS MINE NOT HERS. DON"T WORRY ABOUT IT. PLEASE SET IT UP FOR ME." We have been in the furniture business for a long time so we treat our customers with respect and trustforthy. We sell and deliver the exact product that our customers ordered. We do not risk our long time reputation over a few hundred dollars. In addition, Our T&Cs on the bottom of every invoice also indicate 1) No Cancellation on Special Order; 2) All Sales are Final - No Refunds. I could send proof of purchase including a signed invoice, picture of the sofa from the catalog and/or any additional information you might need to resolve this. Review: I purchased a couch from California furniture outlet for 350$ I waited an entire month to get it when delivery was only supposed to be 1 week. When I finally received it today it wasn't the couch I ordered. He brought me the couch he tried to sell me first which was I my 100$ and refused to take it back, give me a refund, or just bring me the couch I bought. My daughter in law went to show him the one I payed for and he then looked at photo of his catalog that she took a picture of on the day of purchase and deleted it.Desired Settlement: I would like the couch I rightfully paid for and I would like my money back. I paid almost 400$ waited a month and got a cheap 100$ couch from china
