I do not see a letter here
but, my trouble with calif heath is : try to call the number the people are roud plus do not now any thing. week ago I had to see my doctor calif health change my doctor with out tell me. it took over hour to get to some one to help me out. when the guy change my addrerss he type in the wrong number so now when I try to call and ask a question they tell me I'm not *** ***. go *** off. but every thing I told her on the phone the other day was right. but if one thing is out of place they can not help
plus every time I have to get a x-ray or mri it take monthswhy?? I have a mri that been approve but it was never sent to my doctor just to me. the mri place can not do it with out paper work from office. will not take my copy
they have change my address in the last months over time why?
the lady that was help me will not call me any more want up. I was told I will get a case work health lady because of all this my knee problem trun into blood clods and other damages. I need answer

Review: my ins company not call me back about my health problem plus taking over 3 month to get a mri approved. what up. leg in pain. plus I was told I was get a case worker still have not seen one... please call [redacted]Desired Settlement: pain and souring. ins not step in to help out. please letter and a answer in person.
