Review: This business advertises online and I contacted [redacted] to carry out research on my behalf. Mr. [redacted] requested a retainer in the amount of $250, which I paid on April 8, 2014. Mr. [redacted] confirmed receipt of the retainer and that it had been deposited in and cleared his account. I never heard from [redacted] again despite calls and emails and he did not perform any work on my account. I demanded a refund of the $250 I paid to [redacted] by letter dated September 10, 2014 but have not received any response.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a full refund of the $250 which I paid to [redacted].
