The guests spoke to a manager on the night of their visit, only casually questioning how the salmon was cooked.  For the record, we saute the salmon for our pizza (not fry) at every CPK...

nationwide.  Our salmon is never grilled unless specially requested.  The manager verified that all food was made to our standards while visiting the table.  Despite that, and in an effort to go above and beyond to please the guests, the manager offered to remake the meals at no charge on the spot, an offer the guest refused, instead choosing to keep and eat the rest of the food, saying they just wanted to ask about how we cooked the salmon.  Furthermore, they were not charged for anything they got that day, as they arrived with a voucher from another CPK for free meals because they had complained about their experience at that location as well.  However, the voucher they had did not cover everything they ordered and once again, in an effort to go above and beyond, the manager discounted the rest of their check for the inconvenience.  They literally paid nothing to dine with us that night.  We consider the matter resolved as we have since the day of their visit.  Thank you, California Pizza Kitchen.[redacted], we are good here.[redacted]

Review: Hi,Can you please help us with the following matter? They don't seem to check their e-mail. We went out to have a nice and healthy dinner at CPK. CPK is one of our favorite pizza place. We ordered one veggie pizza with everything on it + some salmon. It was barely eatable. It was not healthy and not what we expected. Issues:1. The chef fried the salmon instead of grilling it. The salmon pieces on the pizza smelled grease. Why would anyone fry salmon and put on a veggie pizza?2. The eggplant pieces on the pizza were soaked with oil/grease.We ordered the veggie pizza + salmon to eat something healthy. We received some fried, high calorie pizza.Very disappointed. Please get back to me. [redacted]Desired Settlement: I e-mailed them. So far, no response. Food was partly eaten.Resolution: Gift card to CPK to be sent to us (via e-mail or mail) - dinner for two.We are not asking too much.
