California Quality Carpet Care

Review: I'm not sure how California Quality Carpet Care got my number. I may have used them years ago and don't recall, however I've asked them repeatedly over the years to stop calling me on my cell phone because I'm not interested in their business. I've been receiving calls from them at least annually for longer than I can remember. I have advised I'm not interested in their service, and the sales rep invariably begins to question why and gives me the 3rd degree. This happened again this morning, and I told her I do not have to provide a reason, I simply do not want their service and do not want their calls. I terminated the call, and the sales rep called back twice afterwards, which I deem as harassment. The number they called from is 714-927-6979.

The first call I received was at 10:46 am, and upon advising them to lose my number and hanging up, they called again at 10:47 am and 10:49.

I looked this company up online and see on Yelp that several other people have had similar complaints about their harassing phone calls. Please do something to stop this company's harassment practices.

I only had 3 furnished rooms a hall and loft to clean, they showed up on time, asked to add conditioner. He started in the master closet where I had some animal stains to clean, I noted to the service man that he had not pre-spotted in the loft. After I went downstairs, he was done within 30 minutes that should have taken at least an hour or more to complete. After he left, I found original dust streaks in the carpet, where the carpet had been cleaned along the moldings prior to his arrival no had dirt collected, other areas were still dirty, and still smelled dusty, so I know he had not been in many areas. I called to have them come back, it was 2 weeks later. I showed him all the areas, and he denied not doing the job, I even vacuumed to show him all the dirt that sucked up since his cleaning job and he denied that I had just collected the dirt that morning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called the office line as he left to complain, they didn't want to hear it, kept telling me they would call back, I insisted to tell them the problem, and of course they never called back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! The service man's name was Pete Veres. BEWARE!!!

I'm on the DO NOT CALL LIST - and they have called me several times in the past. I keep telling them I'm on the DNC list and to remove my name and number from their list to call. But obviously they haven't.
