On Monday, August 24, 2015, the customer came to pick up her car from our shop. The invoice was printed out at 4:53PM and closing time is 5PM; therefore, when the customer came by later on, it was considered after-hours. The workers are not allowed to and do not drink on the job....

Within closing time until the customer came to pick up her car the workers couldn't have possibly have been intoxicated or drunk enough to not be able to speak. Everyone of the worker's primary language is Spanish and secondary is English, so of course it's going to be hard trying to understand what they are saying in general, even when sober. We do not damage property that isn't ours, and if in any case we did, we take full responsibility and fix the problem as soon as possible. We reviewed the cameras to try and see how the window might've cracked, but couldn't find anything related to the cracked window. As I mentioned previously, the workers cannot and do not drink on the job. They have a heavy accent in general, so if the customer did call, the technician was fully sober when speaking to her. We apologize for any disturbance this may have caused.

Review: Around 9/8/15 I picked up my car from this shop. As I approach to pick up car the workers were drinking alcohol beverage and seem to be intoxicated and had a beer in thier hand. As I entered the car I looked up and my window was cracked. I drove out of parking lot because there was someone behind me. I then made a U- turn and came back to tell them that my window was cracked. The owner [redacted] that I spoke to could barely talk but said he would review the cameras to see who cracked the window and he would then call me. Two weeks past no call. I than called and they left me on hold for 30 min, so I hung up then when I called back no one would answer. Finally the owner answered, again he was talking funny sounded to be intoxicated again he told me that he couldnt see anything on cameras and denied that they did not crack window. Before the insurance company tow truck released my car I had tooken a picture and the window was not cracked.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace my window, and for them to take responsibility of the cars they fix if they are going to be drinking on the job.
