We thank Mr. [redacted] for his inquiry.  Unfortunately, there seems to be a misunderstanding as to the mandates of the SCRA.  According to Title II, Section 207(a) of the Act, coverage only pertains to debt incurred prior to the servicemember's entry into military service.  Upon review...

of our records, including confirmation from the Department of Defense's Manpower Data Center Status Report, Mr. [redacted]'s status was listed as "active" at the time of contracting, and, therefore, not covered by the Act.  Should Mr. [redacted]'s records disagree, we invite him to contact us by mail directly to the address shown on his statement and we will investigate this matter further.

Thank you.

Review: I am a active duty service member here in California, being so I applied for the CIVIL SERVICE MEMBER RELIED ACT. in doing so I gave them all the info and military documents stating witch I was active duty and that it was after the day I purchased the car. They declined to approve it saying my order date was before I bought the car. Witch if one was to take a close look will see that it isn't. Also with this their in violation of a federal law.Desired Settlement: would like a refund of all the money that was over paid during this period of 1 year. witch would be 210$ x 12months. Not asking for all money back just the overpayment of the interest rate that they charged me. witch was a 12.5%APR witch should be 6% do to the military relief act. Other then that I won't nothing from this company and nothing to do with this company. I have already switched banks to USAA.

Review: I made a payment on 4/25 ref# [redacted], apparently when CRB processed my payment they could not locate my account and reversed payment on 4/29 which was the date my payment became 30 days delq. CRB who calls me as soon as my payment is even a few days late neglected to inform me of the reversal, I did not see it until I logged into my account to make an additional payment on 5/4. I called into the customer service line and was told that the reversal was due to NSF which was not true and I could provide proof of the funds available so I asked to speak with a supervisor and she was RUDE RUDE RUDE. She told me my account was 60 days behind, that I didnt make the payment till 4/29 and I owed close to 2k - not true. I asked for a manager to call me back and that never happened. I have asked multiple times to either provide me proof that the payment was not entered correctly or remove the late payment from my account. I have e-mail receipts that show the exact same routing number and last 4 of the account number. Bottom line is I have been treated horribly by this company, the PARTIAL payment that went 30 days due to a mistake (by either CRB or myself) was rectified the day I saw it happened. All I have asked for is for it to be removed from my credit or provide proof it was my mistake - I have gotten zero cooperation and have been treated like a deadbeat. I have been behind due to surgery however I do not let the account go into 30 status, once you get behind its hard to catch up but I try my best to make payments as early as possible, I'm not a deadbeat who will default on the loan, I just got behind but not 30 days!

the worst part is the past due was only a partial payment, my payments are 437.97 and the Past Due Amount was 334.14Desired Settlement: remove 30 day late payment or provide proof I was at fault.

Review: I AM A 70 YEAR OLD MAN WITH MY WIFE OF 52 YEARS DYEING IN THE HOSPITAL AND THESE PEOPLE CALL MY HOME EVERY SINGLE DAY. THE VEHICLE IS PAID BY MY DAUGHTER AND HAS BEEN SINCE DAY ONE BUT THAT IS STILL NO REASON TO CALL MY HOME EVERYDAY FOR A PAYMENT THAT WAS DUE ON THE 23RD OF THE MONTH AND IT IS THE 27TH AND CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY WEEKEND. THEY HARASS ME AND IVE ASKED THEM NOT TO CALL MY HOME DUE TO MY HEALTH AND MY WIFES SITUATION NOW AND THEY THREATENED ME THAT THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING I OWN. I TOLD THEM TO COME PICK UP THE CAR AND SHOVE IT JUST TO LEAVE US ALONE. NEVER HAVE I DEALT WITH A LOAN COMPANY THAT CALLS AND HARASSES THE WAY THESE PEOPLE DO. THEY ARE RUDE AND ITS ELDER ABUSE . AS IT IS I GOT SCREWED WITH 10% INTEREST RATE BY THE COMPANY AND MY CREDIT IS NOT BAD AND THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH ME ON THAT EITHER.Desired Settlement: STOP BOTHERING ME UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS 30 DAYS LATE. THERE IS NO REASON TO CALL AND WAKE PEOPLE UP AT 8 AM ON A SATURDAY TELLING ME "THEY WILL TAKE EVERYTHING I OWN". I MEAN REALLY WHO THE [redacted] ARE THEY BESIDES COLLECTORS FOR A LOAN NOT EVEN PAST THE 10 DAYS GRACE. THEY CAN HAVE THE CAR BACK AND WE HAVE TOLD THEM THAT TIME AFTER TIME
