Review: I ordered numerous pieces of a product from the above mentioned individual/company on April 4, 2014. The amount of the sale was $1,564.25.The last time I spoke to Mr. [redacted] was by phone in December of 1014. Mr. [redacted] stated at that time that he was working on my order and that I should receive part of it in about two weeks. As of now I have not received any part of my order. I have placed numerous calls and emails to him but have received no response.Desired Settlement: Either ship my order to me or refund me the $1,564.25 that was charged to my [redacted] credit card.

Review: Sent an order on 12/07/14 totaling $625.49 (order over$350 shipping waved of $83.43) final total $542.06. [redacted] stated it could take up 6-8 weeks to complete. Close to the end of that time I called to find out the status. No returned calls were made or e-mails. At the end of April I did get through and [redacted] said he had about half of my order to send and that he would. I received this partial order on 3/7/15. Their was no UPS notification of the package arriving nor was their an invoice included. I took an inventory and fond $192.83 of product was sent. He still owes me $349.23 of product. tried to make contact again in the end of March and he said he was back up and running and was behind because stents implanted. Tried contacting again inmade April and found the phone was disconected. I started e-mailing and [redacted] responded on April 17 stating he was recovering from pneumonia. I was able to contact him again on 5/8 and he stated was just getting out of hospital and would hopefully be back at work on Tuesday. I have sent e-mails on 5/15/ 5/18/ 5/19, and today 5/20 with no contact. I have tried to be understanding .Desired Settlement: I would like the order completed and delivered complete.
