California R.V.

Review: I bought a Recreational Vehicle from a man that had it stored at this facility and I made a separate work order with them and was given a warranty on the modification that was done on my R.V. which was a ceramic tile floor installation, there was a few things he needed to do, he was to pull out a table and bench and replace a dry rotten piece of floor in the bathroom in order to do the installation, so we made up a work order and it took over 1 month to complete, I went up to pick up my R.V and in doing so a ceramic tile came up from the floor and the grout was crumbling, The owner [redacted] said I should have "Tippy Toed across the floor and I stated to her it is a floor it meant to walked on and 'Tippy toeing is not going to change a persons body weight, so she accused us of walking to hard, so I gave her another week to fix it a week passed upon delivery she and her son laid the remaining materials on the tile so I was unable to see the repaired work, she assured me that it was repaired and everything was fine. The next day when I returned the extra material back to home depot the floor was coming up a rapid pace by the third day mostly every tile had come off of the floor, so I sent her a text with pics of the floor and she hung up on me and is unwilling to honor her warranty.Desired Settlement: I paid her 1,450.00 and had since spent over 1,000.00 in addition to have the floor completely pulled out a redone over again, So I would like to get my money back and the money it cost me to have their work replaced, my time and my materials. It has been a complete nightmare and upon going through all of this I discovered he was not licensed for this type of work or any kind of work involving repair or modifications. I believe this is how they normally conduct their business. Very crooked.!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH [redacted], OWNER, CALIFORNIA RV RENTAL AND REPAIRS. SHE IS A [redacted]. SHE PREYS ON THE ELDERLY. SHE MANIPULATES, DECEIVES THEN BEFRIENDS THEM, ALL TO TAKE THEIR RVS, FOR HER OWN PERSONAL GAIN.
My parents have known her for over 15 years. they were more than business acquaintances they were friends, are still my parents thought. my dad after help sell his motor home, she asked for 10% of the total sale. within 2 months she had lied and deceived my parents, course them into giving up their motorhome, to her, promising to pay them $5000 for it, within a couple of weeks. she never paid them anything.that was in August, 2013. finally in December 2013,she brought them 500.00.it is now, may 2014, I have tried and tried to get her to pay money, she agreed to make $500 a month monthly payments beginning in May, and she never did.I went to go pick up the motorhome today, and she told me I was not getting it and to call the cops. she said it was a civil matter and then she slammed the door in my face. the cops did come and tell me the same thing, but they also told me that since she is the owner of a RV place, she knew what she was doing and probably get it to previous customers. my elderly parents now have to go to court to try and get the money from her.
she knew from the start they were selling a motor home to get my dad a car chairlift ramp..I will keep you updated I will let you know what happens in court
