Review: I signed up for classes and putt a down payment of 60.00 out of 500.00 to save myself a seat in the class for a guard card sept. 5th 2013. on sept. 10 2013 I decided I could not afford to pay the remaining money so I decided to drop the course there paper work I signed states that I would receive my refund within 5 business days it is now nov. 27 I have tried several times to contact this company and speak with someone in charge in regards to this matter and for some reason they tell me he is busy no matter what time it is I also have left my phone number and contact information and have never received a call back I have also sent several e-mail's without response the name of this company is called california security academy located here in san diego californiaDesired Settlement: to receive my refund and possible an apology if at all possible but most importantly just my refund would be just fine
