California Star Limousine Service

Review: We had hired/ordered this limo service for a party bus to pick us up at 4:30 PM on Saturday, May 3rd for prom. We were going to have it for 4 hours. They sent us a confirmation order form through the mail, which we still have. They wanted their payment in cash in person, day of the arrival of picking us up. We tried calling the limo service a week before prom to just double check everything and no one answered. We also called the day of the event to make sure that they were meeting us at the Paso Robles Midstate fair, and both phones went straight to voicemail and we were unable to get a hold of them. They left us stranded for an hour, before we could figure out what to do, just waiting for the party bus. We had called several other limo services to see if we could get a last-minute limo or party bus but they were all booked. But one limo service said they thought California star limousine service wasn't around anymore, they didn't know they had still serviced. We were late to our dinner at Olive Garden and we almost lost half of our reserved seats for the half of our people because transportation was such a problem because they had to take another car down and they were running late cause they had to get last minute cause because we had to go from Paso Robles to San Luis. Our night for prom was basically ruined and we couldn't all spend it together riding around listening to music and enjoying a once in a life time kinda event, we also couldn't do the things we wanted to do. We all were very upset and we demand that we get compensation such as a free party bus for 4 hours as we had planned for prom, for our graduation. Please help us get to the bottom of this and why we experienced such bad customer service. This truly ruined a night of a life time that will be remembered forever.Desired Settlement: We would like our four hour ride on the party bus that we had requested, for our graduation, for free because they had left us stranded with no forewarning of any cancellation or problems with the bus.
