Review: I PURCHASE A BRAND NEW CAR ON MONDAY JANUARY 4, 2014 AND BY THE JAN 11 THE TRANSMISSION GIVE OUT ANF THE FRONT WINDOWS STOP WORKING I BEEN CALLING THE DEALER I HAVE SPOKE THE GENERAL MANAGER AND NOTHING THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME AN OTHER CAR I HAVE 2 LITTLE GIRLS AND I DONT FEEL SAVE IN THE CAR ANY MORE PLEASE HELP MEDesired Settlement: I need them to give me a diffrent car where me and my little girls feel save .

Mrs. [redacted] purchased a 2014 Jeep Wrangler on January 4, 2014. She brought the vehicle into our Service Department with a transmission issue. We discovered that the transmission had a loose connection to the transmission controller. We test drove the vehicle after the repair 20 miles and the vehicle is performing as designed. We also did a multi-point inspection to the vehicle to insure everything was ok. We found no issues and delivered the vehicle back to Mrs. [redacted] on 01/24/2014. On 01/27/2014, I phoned Mrs. [redacted] to follow up on any other issues.

Review: I bought one Service Contract Reimbursement Guarantee($1895.00) for 2011 Chevrolet Equinox (2CNFLCEC8B6225794) at Courtesy Chevrolet owned by California Superstores on 02/08/2011, which is never used and supposed to take effect after Feb, 2014. However, the car was totaled on Oct 2013. Then I went to Courtesy Chevrolet on Nov, 2013 to cancel the contract and get refund back. The finance manager([redacted]) told me that I will receive refund within 6 months or call the phone number 1-800-637-227 later. Until Jan 2015, I did not receive anything they promised. Try to call, N.A.D.S bankrupted on Sep 2011 and they asked me to contact the dealer directly.Since I did not receive any money. I went to the dealer's address 3640 Stevens Creek Blvd, San Jose, 95117 on Jan 12, 2015. They told me I have to contacted California Superstore to cancel the contract and get the refund back. But I don't have their contact and address. They only give me one personal gmail and one mail box at Palo Alto, California.I feel really bad for this and think the whole process is a scam. Here is my point:1.) When the contract was sold, and it is promised as "reimbursement Guarantee". But I get nothing.2.) On Nov, 2013, they must already know N.A.D.S was bankrupted. But still ask me to wait for the refund back. 3.) As a reputation dealer for Chevrolet, they shouldn't sell low quality service and just rip customer's money off.All of this does not fit this country's spirit -- be honest, work hard. I tried to contact the owner of Courtesy Chevrolet, California Superstores, refunded me hard-earned $1895.00 back.Desired Settlement: 1.) Refund my $1895.00 back2.) Stop making false promises in future3.) Stop selling low-quality services to other customers
