Review: An online order was placed on November[redacted], 2014. On November [redacted] my credit card was billed for the full amount and I received an email with the order confirmation and order number stating that I would receive another email when the order shipped with a tracking number. A week later I still have not received the email containing the latter information. I have tried numerous times several times throughout the day to call the company to get an explanation and every time I get a recording and am asked to leave a voice mail which I did on November[redacted], 2014 and have not received a call back. I have also sent an email explaining my concerns about being charged for the order but not getting any other information about it to which I have not received a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive an email and or phone call from the company explaining why they do business this way and I would also like a refund for the FULL amount.

Review: I placed my order (Order #[redacted]) for [redacted] Brit Cologne for Men (Quantity, 3) on November **, 2014 for the amount of $96.37. I was in receipt of a package with bottles labelled to be [redacted] Brit, however, the solutions in those bottles are anything but the actual cologne. They smell like watered cheap imitations of talc powder. Furthermore, the scent they do have is only retained for a few seconds at best.

On Monday, December [redacted] I informed the company of this fact and told them that I'd very much like to resolve this issue. I told them that an adequate resolution in my eyes consists of my money back (including the cost of shipping); I also stated that I will need a box to return the remaining unused product as well as an address to send the product. I asked that they please let me know their thoughts and the manner in which they'd like to proceed forward with this issue. I told them that if I did not hear back from them that I would be contacting my financial institution to report the transaction as fraudulent (as I had not received that for which I paid). I also stated that I I would be proceeding forward with a Revdex.com complaint.

Furthermore, I have also contacted [redacted] whom very much wants me to send them information about this company as well as photographs of the product.

After sending the email to the company and notifying them of the grievance, I have heard nothing from them. As such, I went forward with filing a fraudulent charge claim with my bank. Now I hear back from the bank that the company has not refunded the dollar amount as they have not received the returned product. Yet it was (up to now) impossible to return the product as none of the paperwork (receipt included) had any address information and the company has never responded to any of my emails.Desired Settlement: I believe the company should stop defrauding their customers.

Review: I ordered men's cologne online on October [redacted] and was charged 61.50 immediately. I received and email telling me when my order ships I will be notified along with trackin info. I haven't recieved anything whatsoever. I emailed the business wondering if it had shipped yet. I recieved no reply. I then did research on the business and found out that many people had the same issue or even received fake products. I emailed the business again and asked for my money back. I have not received anything, not even an email. This is a scam online business.Desired Settlement: I would be very happy to have my money that was basically stolen from me and this "business" shut down. Trouble for the person behind this would be a plus as well.

Review: Purchased a product. What was sent was not the item purchased and the item received was cheaper than the item purchased. Several calls made without a return phone call email sent without a return response to emails company not picking up the phone when You call the number provided u go directly to voicemail I leave a message and the company doesn't return phone calls or respond to emailsDesired Settlement: Would like company to pay for shipping on the wrong item they sent and I would like a refund or the correct item I purchased to be sent to me

Review: I have several issues with this company. I ordered a perfume on 8/** and immediately received a confirmation email. They charged my credit card and according to the shipping I paid it would be sent priority 2 day mail. On September [redacted] I contacted them via phone call (no answer) and via email. They finally replied and said it would September [redacted] before I received it and sent updated tracking. I did receive it on September [redacted], however, it was an imposter perfume. The way I know this is because I have a bottle of the real stuff at home and they don't match. I then started calling to get a refund. I left a few voicemails and never got a phone call back. I emailed and no reply. I emailed again and no reply. According to their website it says before you can get a refund that you have to email them and first claim the product. I emailed and no reply. They also say they will no refund shipping charges and then I have to pay to ship it back. I have tried numerous times over the last 2 weeks to contact them and gotten no reply. I have now disputed this with my credit card company due to the false advertising and shipping promises.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund for the product and if they would like the product back I expect them to pay for the shipping to return it to them. I still have the original packaging and the box it came in

Review: I placed (3) orders for perfume on **Aug14, received an immediate order confirmation...never got the perfume. The charge showed up on my credit card statement as "[redacted]" rather than "[redacted]" with phone number ###-###-#### - I called, no answer. I emailed [redacted] - no reply. I called ###-###-#### and it goes to voice mail. This is fraud.Desired Settlement: Delivery of Order, or, refund.

Review: I placed an order on 7-*-2014, they charged my credit card immediately and sent me email with my order number / electronic invoice. 11 days later I emailed them to see where my order was, received no response. Emailed again a couple days later with same effect. Emailed again and received a response saying that my order has been shipped but the tracking number would not be updated for the new shipping date. (tracking number says electronic message received to expect for delivery on the [redacted]) It was shipped with 2 day priority mail, but has been 3 days and still nothing. Email also said they would call USPS to update tracking number. Still has not been done. I contacted the postal service with a complaint about the business' delivery, and was told that it hadn't shipped yet. As of 7-**-2014 I have still received nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like what I ordered, as well as my problem with this company and their lack of customer service noted as a warning to anyone that wishes to place an order.
