My name is [redacted], I am the Marketing & Business Development Manager for Calinana.  We received a notification regarding the complaint from [redacted] and would like to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.  I attempted to call the number provided,...

but it was disconnected.  I have attached a copy of the email I sent to Lorraine at the email address provided, in hopes she receives the email and calls me back to resolve this issue.
Please let me know how we can resolve this issue further.

Calinana has some adorable jewelry and I want to say that my first transaction with the company was wonderful. My order was processed and shipped as promised and I loved the bracelet received. Unfortunately my second order that was placed in late December was not handled as it should have been. Today is February 4, 2015 and I have YET to receive my order! It was for a Christmas present which is way late! The customer service at Calinana is deplorable-they should be ashamed! They do not answer the phone, return messages, or respond to e-mails. Their website is useless. After checking yet again to get an update on my order I was told that it had been sent a while ago, but alas, lost due to the USPS. Good story, huh? So, they will be sending another order. I'll believe it when I get it. There were a lot of complaints on Facebook in December, but seeing them now. I would imagine they have deleted them. They have offered their products on Groupon and Living Social, so I imagine they were overwhelmed, but they didn't do anything about it. Buyer beware! You may or may not get your product-so don't count on it.

Review: It is difficult to pinpoint an issue, because it is a combination of several. I purchased a product through calinana website on September 17th. The company stated that it took 2-3 weeks for processing and shipment. I have been unable to reach anyone from the company via telephone or email. One month has passed since I ordered, and now I just want to cancel. I do not care for a refund. I cannot even reach anyone to do that. I have left multiple voicemails through the 800 number, I have sent various emails. I am beginning to question the legitimacy of the company itself.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a refund...however its not necessary. I would like for research to be done on this company, because it is odd practice to not respond to customer inquiries or complaints.

Review: They charge $12 for a bracelet on [redacted], not only did the bracelet not arrive in time (as stated for the holidays) the quality was extremely poor. The bracelet broke after 2 times wearing it. The initial disc that was on it was soooo thin. I found out that the disc itself on jewelry supply website sell for less than 15 cents a piece! And it's not even actually gold plated like stated on their website. Everything appears to be held together by glue. I'm all about supporting business in America, but this is seriously a joke. You're better off buying accessories from forever 21 for a cheaper price and that will definitely last longer than this. I feel sorry for whatever poor soul buys these bracelets at their full price of $65.Desired Settlement: They need to change their price overall instead of fluctuating it so high and offering "discounts". At least admit that you guys don't know how to price things and quit deleting all the complaints on facebook and face them like a real business.
