The customerpicked his vehicle upfrom Callaremi before the report could becompleted and thevehicle could be properly inspected and he drove itfor theweekend and put over 90+ miles on the vehicle beforereturning itfor the investigation to be completed. General Motors aswell asCadillac, and Callaremi Cadillac Buick GMC see this as aasuspicious act. If the customer's vehicle had truly acted up andhadissues as the customer is alleging just four days afterpurchasing atCallaremi, a full Police Report should have beencreated in order todocument these issues and damage that occurredbecause of claimedmalfunctions and the vehicle should haveremained at CallaremiCadillac Buick GMC and not taken off the lotover the weekend afterthis incident supposedly occurred. The factthat the customer tookhis vehicle off of our property when wetold him that it needed tostay here until Cadillac and GeneralMotors sent their internalinvestigator out to determine whetherthe vehicle was unsafe to driveseems suspicious and as a courtesyto the customer we not only gavehim a loaner vehicle while theinvestigation was ongoing for hisvehicle, we then gave himanother loaner vehicle while we personallysent his damagedvehicle down to [redacted] to have the damagerepaired. Wethen only charged the customer our cost of what [redacted]charges usto fix the damage on the vehicle that was never properlydocumentedby the customer with the Police. We have gone out of ourway forthis customer to try to rectify this issue with Cadillac,GeneralMotors and with a Body Shop there is nothing more that we candofor [redacted] due to the fact that he never properly documentedanyof the allegations or damage that occurred to his vehicle withtheAuthorities. If the Revdex.com has any questions regarding the findings of the third party investigation you will need to contact us for our General Motors DMA because they will not release the documents to Callaremi due to the fact that they are proprietary.Thank you.

Review: On January Monday 5th 2015 I lease a brand new 2015 Cadillac GTS from Callaremi Cadillac Buick GMC. On Friday January 9th 2015 the car starting acting very strange. I was out at a gas station and the was trying to start the car and it was making this extremely loud sound from under the hood and then the car would just die. I would re-start and it would just shut off and die again. After the 5th attempt I was able to drive the car out of the gas station parking lot where I turned left to come back home and the car shut off again in the middle of a dark busy road ( route 517 in hackettstown, nj) where I lost control of the car because the power steering went- and the ended up rubbing against a guard rail. Luckily my friend lived just around the corner where I was able to restart the car once again and get it there. The next day I immediately called Callaremi and let them know what had happened- they said to bring the car in they would have an internal test done on the car and they said they would take care of the problem. I told them I did not want this car back if possible since obviously there was a major defect and I no longer felt safe in it- they said not to worry they will find out what was wrong with the car and fix it if possible along with the outside damage. So after having my car for almost a month they called me today 2/5/2015 saying the test showed no problem with the car at all and they would NOT fix the damage that occurred when the car shut off on the highway and swiped the guard rail. In between dropping my car off to them on the 12th up until today no one at the dealership would give me an update on the car or the test results and they acted like it was some big secret to tell me what was going on with the car which I found extremely unacceptable and unprofessional. Now they want me to return the loaner car to them and pick up my car and have it fixed myself. This is customer service at its WORST-Desired Settlement: Realistically I would like a brand new car since that is what I paid for and there is already defects going on with the one the dealer gave me- HOWEVER at least FIX the damage to the outside of the car as this was NOT my fault!! The car SHUT OFF on a dark highway and I lost control of the power steering- this is the least they can do. Why should I have to pay out of pocket to fix this car when after only 4 days it was acting up??

Review: On 10-16-15, I put a down payment of $500.00 for the purchase of a 2012 Jeep Liberty Sport, the vehicle was beautiful but had some scratches and bird dropping stains on it. The salesman [redacted] assured me that the scratches and the bird dropping stains would be remove and this wasn't done. This was covered up to make it look like it was done. When I confronted the salesman he informed me he would have never purchased a pre-certified vehicle in the first place. I would appreciate it if [redacted] would do what they promise and not make false statements in order to get the saleDesired Settlement: I would like it very much if [redacted] would complete the repairs as promise!
